The balcony serves as an outdoor living room, where the whole family can gather to watch boats glide across the bay or witness spectacular sunsets over the water.

Another gem is the master bedroom, where water views greet you each morning. As night falls, the provided telescope is perfect for stargazing from the comfort of your room. The ensuite offers a stand up Shower and a soaking tub, perfect for a soak after a long day.

This clubhouse is a playground for both relaxation and recreation. Gather around the propane firepit OR the wood fire pit for s'mores and storytelling, or enjoy al fresco dining in the outdoor seating area. The property features unique amenities including a mini-putting green, a corn-hole board, a ping pong table, pacman arcade, Axe throwing and even an outdoor Golf net to practice your swing, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages. Spacious 2-story, family-friendly home with keyless entry and free parking on the property. The kitchen and dining area are located on the main floor, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. Enjoy the outdoor deck with a beautiful water view, featuring outdoor dining, a firepit, mini golf, and other fun amenities. All 5 mattresses are premium hypo-allergenic Memory Foam. Soaps and Lotions are provided at no cost - They’re free of parabeans, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives — pure and simple.

The rental agreement must be signed before your arrival.

>>DAMAGE PROTECTION<<
There is a $40 charge listed as "Management Fee" on your quote that cover your purchase of $3000 of "all-risk" damage protection coverage on your rental. This is in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in your contract.

>>AGE REQUIREMENT<<
The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.
To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.

>SAME DAY BOOKINGS <
We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES <
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible.

>SHOE-FREE ZONE <
As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!

>NO SMOKING POLICY <
For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

>OUTDOOR FIREPIT<
Please ensure the fire in the wood firepit is fully extinguished by watering it after use. Make sure no embers or flames remain, as the property's strong winds can easily spread fire. It is REQUIRED to place the lid on the firepit after use to fully extinguish the fire and prevent embers from spreading. This precaution helps prevent damage and avoid penalties.

>PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD <
Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued!

>DOG POLICY <
One pet is allowed on our property per reservation, with a fee of $100. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee plus additional cleaning costs. Excessive cleaning that is required shall be charged the amount of $100 per hour over and above the prepaid cleaning fee and is considered an extra charge not covered by damage insurance.

>NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS <
We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking / fees and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.
