We were in Alpharetta to attend our daughter’s graduate school graduation. The rental was in a quiet wooded neighborhood with plenty of areas to walk. It was a short walk to and from the Alpharetta town center with dining and shopping. The rental was clean, quiet, and full of amenities.

great location!

it was an easy walk to downtown alpharetta which is so quaint and beautiful. the only reason i gave accuracy 4 stars is because it would have been good to know that there is a resident that lives in the downstairs part of the house. we heard someone talking and heard music and thats how we found out.

This house needs some more work. Seems like a purchase and quick move to make VRBO. Downstairs is another property and a tenant. We had issues with towels but he handled it. It wasn’t very clean and a few things broken or badly put together. Washer/dryer are super small like for a small space. Heat had issue. Just needs a little more work.

Front walkway very uneven difficult with luggage and walking. Kitchen not well equipped, very few utensils and frying pan not useable. Deck not used due to numerous webs and bugs even after we swept. Had several bugs in house. No lamps in bedrooms only ceiling lights which was dangerous to not be able to see if needed to get out of bed in the dark. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. Place needs some TLC and would get better reviews in future.
