I was happy with the accommodations and everything that was provided. My daughter and her family enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner at the house which added to an overall good week. Would stay there again.

Wonderful VRBO for our visit to see our grandkids in Alpharetta. Our first experience using a VRBO and it was wonderful. Everything we needed and great location when we did not have the grandkids with us or spending the night. Appreciate our hosts and their attention to everything you would need to be comfortable and feel right at home.

Thoughts from an older gues

Overall quite good. However, as an older person I would have appreciated someplace to eat where my feet could touch the floor. Barstools at an island were great for my adult children but not for a 70 year old with back issues. A chair in the bedroom would also have been useful so I didn't have to sit on the bed (which wears out the mattress sooner). These quibbles aside, the place was well located, beautiful inside and out (we saw deer a couple of times). We will likely come back.

Second time at this property. Beautiful surroundings, close to downtown. Well maintained. This time the basement was finished, we enjoyed the pingpong table. Well equipped kitchen. Nice that there are spices and oil. Loved it!

Great home! Great location!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Rick and Ashley’s home! My elderly parents and sister, who has physical disabilities, stayed here and it was absolutely perfect for them. The home was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully accessible, which made a huge difference for our family. Rick and Ashley were incredibly accommodating and super responsive to any questions we had. They even were gracious enough to allow us a late check-out, which was so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend their property to anyone!

Perfect Rental to Walkable Downtown

We stayed here for 3 months while our home was being renovated. It is a 10-12 minute walk to the green space in downtown Alpharetta. We stayed here with our 3 children (7,5,1). Space was great and the finished basement for the kids to play in was a great feature. Owner was very responsive to any questions he had. There were no issues during our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to the Roswell/Alpharetta/Milton area.

Thankful on Thanksgiving

We loved this property! The house is beautiful, peaceful, and well stocked. It was exceptionally clean and the perfect place to spend quality time with family. Great location not even a mile from downtown Alpharetta. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect place for a family stay or friends trips!!

We had a wonderful stay ! The house is very clean and well cared for. The location is nice great as you can easily walk into town. We felt extremely safe. We hope to return someday soon! Our children loved the basement to have their own area and we ate breakfast outside on the deck every morning.

Clean home amazing location!

Loved how spotless the home was! The clean green products all over the home was nice to see/use. The property manager even came by before the storm to bring us flashlights/supplies in case we lost power, so thoughtful! The basement was very appreciated having 3 boys under 8 who made good use of it, the adults too had some competitive ping pong sessions. Loved the home & location to walks around downtown Alpharetta. Highly recommend!

One of my Favorite BnB

We stay at a lot of BnB's because we travel a LOT for work and play. This is by far one of our favorite. From the location, how clean it was, to the fact that they give you good toilet paper... it's the little things we notice and that count. It was well kept, the hosts communicated well with us and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely use them again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Family weekend

When we arrived the prooerty was so beautiful; sat off the road surrounded by beautiful trees. In the morning the birds were singing and there were deer grazing in the side yard. The house was well appointed and beautifully furnished. We walked to downtown Alpharetta for breakfast and then just a short drive to the aquarium. I hope to stay there again with our family on our next visit to the area.
