This cozy studio has been totally renovated and is now back on the rental market for you to enjoy. Just steps away from Payday Ski Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, this beautiful 375 square foot condo is in the perfect setting.
When you enter our condo you will notice bright colorful rugs contrasting with dark, rich hardwood floors. You will be directed to the kitchen which has beautiful glass tile and recessed lighting with gorgeous dark chocolate custom cabinetry and sparkling new appliances. Cookware and bakeware are available for you to microwave a snack or prepare a gourmet meal. We stock coffee and basic spices at the beginning of each season. This inventory depends on guests restocking what they use.
There is seating for 4 at the granite bar with a trendy yet contemporary flare. The living/entertainment area has colorful rugs and a rich brown leather sofa which converts to a comfortable queen sleeper.
The murphy bed makes for a fun and retro feel and is conveniently hidden in the wall until needed.
We carried the contemporary feel through to the bath as well with the sleek, open cabinetry and retro bubble tile. Towels are provided along with soaps and a hair dryer. There are coin operated laundry facilities on the 3rd floor if you which to wash clothes or freshen your towels during your stay.
The 8 foot sliding glass door with it's views of the village below and the mountains in the background and to the west is the perfect finishing touch to our home away from home. For your enjoyment, the resort has an indoor/outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs as well and in building A on the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 2 additional hot tubs. The Fitness Center is a popular spot directly adjacent to the pool. There are saunas, steam rooms, showers and lockers for your use. If you ask at the front desk, you may obtain a lock and will be directed to the ski locker area which is conveniently located on the ground level so you don't have to haul your skis up stairs.
We hope you find our home comfortable, relaxing and want to come back again and again. We will do all we can to make your stay enjoyable.

My husband is a Contractor and I sell Real Estate. We live in Southeastern Idaho which is only a 4 hour drive to Park City. We enjoy our professions. I enjoy helping others find the homes of their dreams and my husband enjoys building/remodeling homes and also doing stucco and rock.
ConnieFogle purchased this Condo in 2012
Why ConnieFogle chose Park City
When we first saw this property, we knew it was just what we were looking for. It was in the perfect location with so much to do whether it's summer or fall and most if it is within walking distance and if it's not, then you can take the free transportation provided by the City. When we walked inside for the first time, it was in near perfect condition, but circa 1980. We knew we would have fun with it and we did. We are having even more fun now that it is completed.
What makes this Condo unique
We had a great time taking this property and turning it into something that reflected our own style and personality. It gives us a huge sense of accomplishment to have it turn out the way we had imagined it would. We are enjoying it and we hope it will bring many hours of enjoyment for you as well.

great value for ski in & ski out
We had a family get together of 7 adults - so we rented another studio in the same complex which cost 20% less. This studio was far better - new amenities, more floor space, and more storage. in such a small space the amenities can make a large difference.
The facility is ski out, and maybe ski in - you have to get up a strong head of speed.
The owner was great and responsive.
Thank you Lawrence.
We feel our condo is a great value and maintained well.
We appreciate your comments and know being at the base of the mountain is very convenient for our guests, as well as beautiful!!
The location of this apartment is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the slopes, ski hire shops and restaurants. The apartment is well fitted out, clean and tidy and has everything you need. The owner made the booking process quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay.
Perfect location, good size for two people
Great location and service, but lots of noises
Everything was arranged perfectly for us, and the location is ideal. Great coffee shop for breakfast just steps from door and of course right on the slopes. The only thing is that something vibrates the whole place and woke us up several times. The front desk speculated it was the groomers but it happens during the day, too.
We are definitely in a prime location right in the center of the village resort. The ski hill is steps away and those who are familiar with skin resorts realize the hills need to be groomed and that is the noise you heard during your stay.
It has been an incredible year with lots of snow and activity.
It's unfortunate you gave my property only 3 stars when fabulous winter conditions exist and maintenance needs to occur.
Convenient, walk to ski, & clean
Close to restaurants, ski lifts, & pool.
Great Condo at PCMR Base
This is a great condo at the base of Park City, and we (2 people) had a very enjoyable stay.
The location cannot be beat. The condo provides very easy ski-on, ski-off access. It is also steps away from the bus stop, which provides quick transportation to town, Deer Valley, etc. Lastly, the Fresh Market is a quick 3 minute drive away. We didn't use our rental car once we arrived.
The Condo is up to date and comfortable. There are indoor hot tubs located steps away, and a pool and outdoor hot tub are located in the adjacent building. The condo was just the right amount of space for 2 people, but would be a little tight for more than that. There was some noise in the middle of the night from the snowcats grooming the mountain, but certainly not loud enough to deter a stay; this comes with staying at the base. Overall, the condo provided a great and convenient home-base for our trip.
While you are in the Park City area, you will want to make sure you visit Olympic Park where you can get a feel for the 2002 Park City Winter Olympics at the museum and watch Olympians and future Olympians sharpen their downhill talents. After that you might enjoy an exhilerating downhill zipline ride.
At the I80/Kimball Junction exit there is the Tanger Outlet Mall where you can shop in over 50 stores.
In Old Town Park City you can find Art Galleries, Hotels , Restaurants and Bars. In the Summer they have Silly Sundays which offer street venders selling their wares and musicians providing musical talent.
Park City Mountain Resort is a one stop shop, sleep, eat, ski and entertainment in the winter. The summer there's a roller coaster, zipline, miniature gold and other rides and attractions. There is something for everyone at Park City Mountain Resort.
