This adorable spacious studio unit can be your special little quiet piece of paradise. Relax and watch the sunset from the Kamaole beach park II, a short walk across the street. Enjoy your own beautifully landscaped private ground floor lanai, and listen to the hawaiian doves in the morning. Do your own barbeque in the evening, and refresh in one of the two pools after a challenging game of tennis. Wonderful restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance.

Kihei Akahi condominium is beautifully landscaped. Our condominium will sleep two to four people. It is decorated Hawaiian style to bring the islands inside with you. Kihei has the best weather of the islands, gentle tropical breezes, an occasional spritz of rain, and the ever so sweet aroma of tropical flowers. Fantastic new kitchen.

The owner, Leilani Gray, was born in Honolulu and lives in Calistoga, California, where she owns the Trailside Inn Bed and Breakfast. She knows the special calling that the islands have, and wants to share that wonderful feeling with you.

Once you have been there you will always want to return. We hope that you will recommend our little piece of paradise to your friends and family, and that you will visit us again and again and again!

About Lani Gray-Owner

Aloha, Tom and I live in the Napa Valley, Calif. We go to our condo at least twice a year to relax and work on the fix it list. We love to wake to the tropical birds singing and feel the ocean breeze through the windows. We watch the sunset nightly from 'our' beach with a glass of wine. We watch for 'coconut dog' and his master who walk the beach nightly. RELAXING is what we do best there, and you will too-no more knots in your neck!

Super close to the beach and amenities. Clean and cozy, loved it.

We had a wonderful few days checking out the island. This unit is super close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. It was clean and well maintained. The owners have great beach items to use, such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We loved having a place to cook, with a bbq nearby. The price was great and we will most certainly recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we loved the island and hope to be back before too long!

Great place to stay while in Maui! This cute little place has everything that you will need for your stay. Located right across the street from the beach and several eateries and gift shops near buy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for Chilling Out

Everything you need is in the self contained condo, located on resort style facilities. Short stroll to the beach 🏖 for activities. The Mexican restaurant next door offers large meals at cheap prices. The condo was well kitted out and clean and suitable for a family. The last two days of our stay were hampered by maintenance to the building which meant we had to leave due to the noise (something for renters to ask any future VRBO rental).

Exceeded my expectations

The photos didn't do the unit justice. It's a corner unit and the balcony looks over the parking lot, which concerned me before I got there, but the balcony is surrounded by vegetation which makes it cozy and private. The unit was quiet and comfortable and very clean. It has everything you could possibly need. It is a very short walk to Kamaole II beach. Literally takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I really hope to go back next year and I would definitely stay in this unit again, it it's available.
