Welcome to “Cloud Nine”, a beautiful, spacious ocean front home surrounded by nature with stunning views of crystal blue water and a coral island offshore. It features a brand new pool overlooking the sea.
Picture yourself relaxing with family and friends, soaking up the sun.

Cloud Nine is designed to highlight views of the beautiful turquoise water from almost every room. It has a generous 2,600 square foot, open floor plan with an additional 600 square foot second floor balcony overlooking the water... perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or sipping evening cocktails. The home has been tastefully yet comfortably decorated. Every room is air conditioned and a new generator has been installed to power the whole house if needed. The house has it's own high speed, fibre-optic internet.

The living room has oversized sofas, stunning ocean views, and French doors leading out to the balcony. There is a large smart TV in the living room. The dining room table seats 10-12. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge and oven. It is fully stocked with all the cooking and baking amenities you might need. There is a breakfast bar with 4 barstools for additional seating. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

All four bedrooms have ample storage with oversized closets and dressers. The spacious main bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, spectacular ocean views and tall French doors leading out onto the second floor veranda. Bedroom 2 has ocean views with a queen bed and floor to ceiling French doors leading out onto the veranda. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has twin beds.

There are many beaches to explore on the island. There are boat tours that go up the Exuma cays with their hundreds of uninhabited islands. These tours include the swimming pigs, indigenous iguanas, blue holes, swimming with the sharks and other fun activities.

Everything was as described. Beautiful house and incredible location minutes from airport, liquor, and grocery stores. Only enjoyed the beach one day as it was windy the rest of the time. Pool was great. Highly recommend.

Great Beach Front Home with Pool!

We loved our stay at Cloud 9 ! The location is amazing and the pool and beach were perfect. There is no longer an outdoor grill which but the kitchen has ample supplies to cook. Beds are comfortable and great entertainment options for the kids !

Gorgeous view!

The house is situated on a beautiful stretch of almost deserted beach. The views from the deck and the gazebo are fantastic and we really enjoyed the sea kayaks and beach toys. The house has been nicely renovated and beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The most beautiful view!

House was just perfect for 8 adults. Communication with owners was easy. Property was close to airport, beautiful beaches and restaurants. The view from bedrooms, living room deck were amazing. You will love your stay.

Beautiful property!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and we had the best time! The location is perfect, secluded enough to have privacy on the beach but close enough to town. We had a minor problem with the AC during our stay but the property manager did all they could to remedy it as quickly as possible. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back!

Wonderful location

We just spent 8 nights at at this great property. It is just minutes from the airport and is located directly on the beach. The sand was back so it was nice to be able to enjoy the water just steps from the back door. There were plenty of chairs, kayaks and paddle boards to use which was a great addition. We had 8 people in the house and we never felt crowded. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is just as pictured BEAUTIFUL. We have a wondwrful place. If i had to pick 1 thing i didnt like it had to be the water pressure for the shower. Other than that perfection 👌 in everything else.

Stunning Property

Upon arrival the property looked fabulous. Cleanliness was an issue. The bottom tray of the dishwasher was broken and rusted out. The bed in the master bedroom had clearly not been changed after the previous renter. The host did respond to my concerns but couldn't really resolve them. The property listed a BBQ but there wasn't one. Location was perfect, the pool was also great. The building itself was very spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cloud 9's location was absolutely perfect for us. The views are spectacular. The house is spacious. Both the host and the on-island contact were responsive and very gracious. Some things to know. The house contents are "well-loved" but all still functional. The master BR closets are locked so be prepared to improvise if you need to hang dresses. Be prepared to provide your own paper towels, dish sponge, laundry detergent. Every vrbo we've visited has provided basic amounts of those things, even on more remote locations than Exuma. The 14 stairs to the beach are easy but could really benefit from a handrail. None of these points are deal breakers for us and we would definitely stay there again. Just wanted to list a few details that i wish i had prepared for.

Cloud nine

Cloud Nine was a perfect house for our family of 7 (6 adults and 1 toddler). 2 of us have been to the island many of times, so we knew this location was ideal. We spent most of our days around the island, but coming home to sit on the nice beach out front was a treat. We spent the mornings on the deck watching the sun rise and the evenings watching the stars. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Jane for a nice week in paradise!

Simply Stunning!

This was our second stay with Cloud Nine and it did not disappoint. The weather was breezy and warm with only a couple of days of heavy rain. I saw the reviews of "no beach", well, the beach is back! My wife ran and walked all the way to the point every day, mostly at low tide. Of course, sitting in the Gazebo at the end of a day with appetizers and beverages is an absolute joy. All in all, we completely enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Exuma Home

We really enjoyed our week at Cloud Nine. Jane was a gracious and responsive host and the home was well equipped with all we needed for a fun week. The views are magnificent and we loved spending late afternoons in the gazebo. I would agree with the prior poster, the beach has been washed away in front of the house, so the pictures of beach area are not really indicative of the area directly in front of the house, but it’s easy to walk a few houses down where the beach is more plentiful. We spent our days on the water and visiting other parts of the island, so the location for us was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Enjoyed Our Stay

The house is lovely, very posh and the view is incredible! Unfortunately, they were experiencing high winds that week so the water was very rough which made swimming tricky and some days impossible. We did drive up the road a bit and found a deserted beach that was a little calmer. The locals are as friendly as they can be and having actual grocery stores to buy food was a plus (we usually go to Cat Island where food shopping is very limited). Kirk was responsive to our needs.

Spacious house in a beautiful location

I stayed here with my family (6 adults) for 2 weeks in November and had an amazing time. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach towels, the kitchen was very well equipped and we used the kayaks a couple of times too. I was slightly concerned by the closeness to the airport but we didn't hear any plane noise. There was a problem with the WiFi when we arrived but Jane got it fixed quickly, which was appreciated! Overall it was an amazing holiday and we would definitely stay here again. We loved being able to walk along the beach and sit outside watching the waves.

Lovely place, beautiful location

Cloud Nine is a lovely property with a spectacular view of the ocean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the property was clean upon arrival. The beach directly in front of the property is washed out, but there is a nice walking path that gets you to the beach just a couple of properties down. We didn’t get to use the kayaks due to winds during our visit, but they were present and available for calmer days. Beach chairs would have been nice for our party of 8 (only 2 were onsite), but we managed. The property is centrally located on the island and we did not hear any noise from the nearby airport. Laundry was key for such a large group, so that was a nice feature. Jane responded quickly with questions I had during our stay.

Some updating

This house could have been a 5 out 5 but needs some updating and needs to have some if it's descriptions of what available to renters a little better. When we looked at it it described that they were beach chairs which if the beach was still there would be correct, but we assumed beach chairs were chairs that you could take to whatever beach you went to. Other than those issues this was a great house aha good location. Response to any question we had were very prompt from the owner which made things helpful.

Amazing respite

We can’t say enough good things about this home. Jane made getting into the house easy and was generous with her advice and recommendations. The house itself is has all the glamour of a vacation spot and all the comforts of a real home. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable with great beds. The kitchen is fully equipted - which was important to us as we cook. The best part of the house though is the outside. We loved having morning coffee on the deck watching the water turn colors as the sun rose. The views were breath taking. I spent hours in the hammock in the gazebo on the beach. The house comes with several kayaks and paddle boards. And the beach is wonderful for long walks. It was hard to leave.

Wonderful Central Location and Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was as expected, couches and beds were really comfortable. I especially liked hanging in the palapa, and my kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Saw a review about no chairs but there were 4 chairs available, we used those and the small cooler as we traveled around the island. The house is well lived in and could use a few updates but everything worked well and there were no issues at all. It was absolutely perfect weather, and we enjoyed the beach in front of the house as well as several others including the Tropic of Cancer. Recent reviews stated that the beach had been washed out and there was a note on the fridge sharing where another path was if needed. While the sand did not come up to the bottom step of the ladder, we did not feel it washed out; there was plenty of sand to set up chairs on and nice flat rocks to step down.
