This beautiful fully renovated historic bungalow is centrally located in downtown Phoenix. With high end appliances and comfortable foam mattresses your comfort is guaranteed. This home features a gas fire place inside as well as a gas fireplace outside for entertaining. Enjoy the grill and outdoor seating underneath the bistro lighting for a perfect evening. There is a fenced in trampoline for the children to enjoy and your well behaved pet is welcome.
The space
This property features two bedrooms with one queen bed and two twin beds, the children are welcome with a crib and baby items available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with nontoxic Caraway pans and Smeg appliances, and the living room features a gas fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a movie room with an oversized daybed, and the backyard offers a built-in grill and gas fireplace with seating, perfect for outdoor meals and drinks under the beautiful bistro lighting.

Excellent all around

We loved our stay at this bungalow! The design and attention to detail was very impressive. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and I was happy there was a reverse osmosis water filter to refill our water bottles. All the basics were covered and the host also went the extra mile to make it a relaxing and fun place to stay, for example, with the cozy outdoor fireplace set up.

Our eclectic Coronado neighborhood and a very communal place. It carries a rich history where you will find many artists and characters about. You will find some homes painted with murals and we have a sweet little market within walking distance that carries most essentials and some random things too.

What makes this property unique

This Coronado Bungalow built in 1929 was completely remodeled following its historic charm. You will be embraced with a big hug once you walk through the front door.
