The space:
This is a side by side duplex property. This is for Unit A (please see picture). Parking for 2 cars in the winter and 3 cars in the spring, summer and fall.

Guest access:
You have access to the whole Unit A (2,250 sq ft of living space) side of the property including your private wrap around deck. Entrance is through the side of the house using your personal unique code to access the smart lock.

Other things to note:
Winter tires and all wheel drive is Strongly recommended during the winter months. Due to the location of the home up on the mountains with amazing views, expect uphill driveway to get there. During the winter we have limited parking for 2 cars. 3 car parking is allowed during the spring, summer and fall season.
