Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home offers an ideal retreat for families, friends, or couples looking to unwind. Three bedrooms, two baths and a well appointed kitchen - it's the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The yard is home to mature palm and fruit trees- it's lush and private. Cool off from the Arizona sun under the covered patio, play in the sparkling pool (option to heat!), or unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Centrally located and close to all that Tempe has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be centrally located, but just a little bit off of beaten path. This little house is close to everything we love and need (groceries, shopping, restaurants, baseball!), but when you're there it feels like you're in a private little paradise.
