The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.

Hot tub is available to all guests complimentary. The pool may be requested to be heated up to 90 degrees for an additional $100/night, otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.
