Parking: One parking pass per reservation. Please plan accordingly. The garage has a clearance of 6’7” (6’9” at ramps).

Motorcycles Allowed: No golf carts or trailers in the garage area

NOT suitable for children or infants

Non-Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building (beach, parking garage). Smoking is NOT permitted on the balcony or inside the condo. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

3-Night Minimum Rental during off-season (4-night minimum for off-season holidays)

7-Night Minimum Rental from June-August (Saturday to Saturday rentals) Making exceptions for the 2025 season!

Security Deposit "hold" required - $300 - released 4 days after the stay with no damage

We adored this stay and could not stop talking about how perfect it was. The pictures reflect the condo exactly, and having two separate bathrooms is a huge bonus when staying with four people. Joni was always available for every question and timely with every response. I would highly recommend staying here, we definitely will be coming back!

My Wife and I stayed 7 nights at your condo, you thought of everything someone may need to enjoy their stay and them some! From the fully equipped kitchen, large screen televisions, a wide variety of K-cups, a very comfortable bed and very clean! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!!

Beautiful vacation spot

We were the first to stay in this beautiful condo after full renovation. It is very tastefully decorated, every convenience has been carefully thought through and included in the amenities. Water’s Edge Resort is in a wonderful location - convenient to everything but much quieter than the beaches around it. Having 2 baths to speed things up is a big plus for 1 bedroom condo! The kitchen is more than comfortable for cooking a full meal if you want to do that — from the coffee bar and drink bar to the conveniences like an air fryer, etc it is fully equipped. The electric fireplace is a real treat for cool evenings! The entertainment offerings include a library, games, DVD’s, Spectrum TV streaming service, easy access to any streaming services, puzzles, etc.!

Excellent!

This was a newly done condo that was fresh, clean, modern and comfortable in all aspects. --Everything was labeled to help know whats what, the kitchen had everything you need, great plush towels, the balcony had a nice, comfy chaise lounge chair to relax in (or take a nap) overlooking the great views, nice King bed and the second tiny bathroom sure helps for a second shower! Joni was very good to reply with a minor issue pertaining to the hot water and get addressed promptly. All the detail and work put into this unit was spot on! Do not hesitate to book your stay here...quiet location, top floor, great place, indeed! Thank you, Joni!!

So much detail was put into making this listing a perfect stay. The household starters (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets) were more generously supplied than other VRBO stays we have experienced. The towels are high end thick and fluffy. There are 4 plug-in extensions at either side of the bed to keep all electronics charged up. Having wireless phone charging pads by bed and each recliner are so handy. A shelving unit for glasses and cups above the coffee bar is a clever way to expand kitchen storage space. White decor with navy blue accents really creates a feeling of space in this compact unit. You cannot ask for a closer location to the beach. It’s a few steps to the elevator (which makes its trip up and down so quickly) then by the indoor pool to the deck and you are on the beach in less than a minute. So many beach amenities are provided (small cooler, ice packs, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, reusable insulated cups). One evening I couldn’t get the lid off stupid jar and yes!…there was a rubber lid gripper available. Joni was so patient and helpful with check in (operator error on my part). The friendliness she imparts helped to make this a wonderful and relaxing stay. There are so many well though extras it’s hard to list them all. It’s certainly a fun thumbs up getaway location.
