This home offers cozy interiors, a sunny open-concept living area, and coastal decor throughout. Overall my family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean for the most part and our host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay if the price is right.
We enjoyed our stay. House and neighborhood was nice, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed being near so many options of things to do and eat. Host was always available for questions.
I had a great stay! Scott was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything with plenty to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood which was in a good location, close to many activities, restaurants etc. Scott was quick to respond to all questions and requests. I highly recommend this rental.
Overall everything was great. We did find a dead cockroach in one of the game boxes. Never saw any others just wanted to mention in case treatment is needed. I would dedinatley stay at this property again!
Place was alright clean and spacious but lacked amenities that were promised there was no trash bags, hand soap, or shampoo to shower with like was said in the reservation.
Pros - • The home was a great value for 3 male motorcyclists staying in the OBX at the start of high season. • The location was great for us, and covered parking for our bikes was a big plus. • The 3 separate queen beds were comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms were more than adequate. • We used all the kitchen appliances, and they worked just fine.• The property management company was very responsive! We noticed a plumbing leak behind the water heater in the utility room, so we reported it, and a plumber was on site to fix it within a few hours. Big props to Andrew Cole Plumbing too. Great customer service! Cons - • There were no paper towels or toilet tissue provided at check-in (as promised), so that was annoying. After a 10-hour trip to get there, I had to leave immediately for paper products. • The entry doorknob was barely screwed together and almost came apart in my hand when I turned it to enter the house. I fixed that.• Cleaning could have been better. Beach sand on en-suite bathroom floor. Dirty soap scum in bottom of jetted tub. Streaking on all countertops from soiled cleaning cloths. Carpeted stairs from utility room up to living space were filthy.• Master bedroom carpet was soiled with pet stains and smelled faintly of urine.• Musty mildew smell in carpeted utility room from leaking plumbing pipe.• Ceiling fan & light in living room didn’t work. All in all, we 3 men had a good stay, but we agreed that we wouldn’t have stayed there with our wives.
