I love the outdoors and want guests to enjoy the convenience of being next to the Appalacian Mountains and having unlimited access to the east Tennessee mountains.
Why they chose this property
Very nice, quiet neighborhood that's spacious, provides a peaceful setting and endless relaxation.
What makes this property unique
Country side home next door to the Cherokee National Forest and Appalachian mountains. Enjoy the mountain views with an experience in a glider plane just minutes down the road at Chilhowee Gliderport or in a classic train ride through the mountains with the Tennessee Valley Railroad. Walk down the street to the Hiawassee River or take a short drive to the state park, Parksville Lake and Ocoee River. There are plenty of local restaurants near by and grocery stores within 10 miles from the property.
