Welcome home! This relaxing 2nd floor coastal retreat is available for weekly and month off-season rentals. (Elevator is available in the center of the building)

If you are looking for less than one week and the calendar shows available, you can reach out to see if I can honor your reservation. (I would need to block a full week)

Looking for the perfect getaway or a comfortable home away from home? This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the highly sought-after Summerlyn community is ideal for vacationers, traveling professionals, and seasonal renters alike!

Room for the whole family! Plenty of room for the whole family with 2 twin beds in the first bedroom, 1 queen bed in the bedroom adjoining the hall bath, and a King bed in the main bedroom.

Relax and unwind with your morning coffee or tea on the private balcony off the main bedroom and sunroom, which overlooks the pond. We provide a small amount of coffee and tea with sweetener for your use.

**Starting with 2026 bookings, bed linens and towels are included with your stay!**
*We provide a starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for any additional quantities required. We provide hand and dish soap, laundry detergent, and coffee, tea, and other basic kitchen staples for guest use.*

Please leave pool passes on the hooks beside the wine rack in the kitchen prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must adhere to all posted rules and agree to the facilities use and waiver attached under 'Rental Agreement'.
There will be a $250 fee per lost pool pass. If you lose a pool pass, please notify us immediately so other guests are not affected.

Amazing Stay

Came and stayed with my family for a baseball tournament and vacation. The location. And the community. The kids absolutely loved the pool, we went daily. The host Charleen was available when needed, we didn’t need her much or often but when we reached out she responded within minutes. The home was absolutely stunning, I didn’t want the kids to eat anywhere but the kitchen! I hope to stay here again in the future

Spring break getaway

We had the pleasure of being the first guests at this condo! The condo is cozy and spacious, just as pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone and the sunroom and porch are great features. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee with relaxing views of the pond. The condo was within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Charlene was very accommodating both before and during our trip, making sure we had everything we needed. She even provided a welcome basket with small toiletries and cleaning items to get us started. We would definitely stay here again!
