Our host Tim met me on my arrival to ensure a smooth move in. He was very attentive to any issues that might arise. The condo was in an excellent location in Palmetto. Centrally located to beaches, golf and nature preserve. The condo is in excellent condition with all the amenities included. Highly recommended!

Why they chose this property

Palmetto is a beautiful area just off of the Manatee River, 10 mi from sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island, and close to local airports. We chose this area to live because of its proximity to the beaches of Anna Maria Island, local marinas, restaurants, shopping, night life and all that the Florida coast offers.

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful complex that is both secure and quiet with a beautiful pool, workout facility, parking, and located near the beaches of Anna Maria Island, wonderful restaurants, local marinas, and shopping in Bradenton and Sarasota.
