Our guest will love to walk out to their ocean view just steps away from The Strands Beach. A beautiful spot beneath the Dana Point Headlands and Salt Creek Beach where locals and visitors grab their chairs, glass of wine, and stroll along the mosaic integrated path where there is a gathering each evening to experience our gorgeous sunsets. The views are the main reason to visit this perfect place on SoCal coast. The boardwalk, the unique paths along the upper beach around the Ritz Carlton ,the tidepools and parks make for a trip here you will never forget. Stay comfortably in our newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2 bathroom townhome at Niguel Beach Terrace. We designed with a personal touch. You then walk upstairs to a private ocean facing landing/porch with a secured lock with vaulted ceilings and open living space townhome just under 1000 square feet. I chose a coastal theme as my decor which I know my guest will enjoy. This home was professionally decorated by Christen Custom Design. The bedrooms feature a new adjustable king bed with a full and twin bed in the guest room ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. Amenities listed are 2 smart TVs, a sonos sound system with sound bar, ceiling fans, heating/no AC, a washing/dryer and WiFi and are newly purchased and professionally installed. We elected to purchase only high end electronics. All the furnishing are brand new. The bright modern kitchen is fully stocked with new coastal theme set of dishes, Nespresso/coffee maker, electric tea pot w teas etc.. The kitchen window has a view of the ocean, with new glass and shade. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, cloths steamer, games, and in both bathrooms a bidet for added comfort. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Dana Point. The Niguel Beach Terrace at Strand Beach is a Cape Cod inspired townhome community with assigned parking and ample guest parking. Additionally, the free parking at The Strand beach makes it convenient for guests and family visiting. The pools are heated all year round with a large club house, swimming pool with adult and family jacuzzies. Dana Point offers a beautiful little walkable town close to many great shops and restaurants. Weather is beautiful, very clean city and safe with nice folks! Dana Point's Lantern District in the town's center that houses a growing number of shops and restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Many of the restaurants have nightly music and Dana Point is home to the BEST pizza in the USA as reported in the LA times. Truly Pizza!!!!!! The BIG news is the 600 million dollar revitalization of Dana Point Harbor. The marina is one of the best in the world. Doheny State beach/baby beach is within walking distance as you pass through the Lantern District. Jump on the ferry for a day or two in beautiful Catalina Island which you can see on most days from the beach. Doheny is host each year to the famous Ohana Festival and boat parades. The Saturday farmer's market is all year round with local produce, crafts, food. The street market has something for everyone. It's a real paradise and hidden gem that you, our family and friends will love love love to explore!!!!!!!!!!!
