About this property

Coastal Getaway - A Wave From It All

Our condo complex is directly across the street from Strands Beach. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. The home has been fully renovated, including all new bathrooms and new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a community pool and hot tub that are heated year-round. Great location, about 1 hour to San Diego or L.A. Wonderful! Better than 5 Stars!

My family of four stayed for the entire month of February. Everything was wonderful! Everything is supplied that you will need as far as pots, pans, towels, soaps, bedding, beach supplies and more! WiFi worked great and was fast. Television had Disney Plus and NetFlix.. big plus with the kids! There is plenty of room to spread out with two outdoor patios off the bedrooms and living area. The beds are all very comfy. The bathrooms have large showers and a nice soaking tub. The pool is heated. Watching the sunset from the hot tub is a dream! We walked the Strands beach several times, which is a beautiful way to get exercise. We have a 9 year old and 14 year old and they both had a blast! By far one of our most favorite places to stay as a family. Amy was very helpful and communicating was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Family Visit

The property was absolutely amazing. Everything was beautifully kept and well stocked with Everything you would need for a full month stay by the beach was available to us. The condo’s location was perfect. Right by Strand beach and within walking distance to the Ritz or the many restaurants in the other direction. What made the stay perfect were our hosts. They responded to us immediately whenever we had a question. They were always right there for us. Thanks you Amy and Pat. It is without any reservation that I would recommend this property for rental.

An Ideal Place to Stay

We spent a wonderful 3 months here and were beyond pleased with the space! Amy's place is clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need day one, including plenty of toiletries, ample towels, coffee, laundry and cleaning supplies, beach towels and chairs, and all of the cooking basics. This has been one of our favorite places to stay and really sets the bar high. Thanks for having us!
