This property has everything you need except yourself and our food! Tandem garage parking. All Bedrooms are downstairs and and living area is upstairs. Has 2 queens and a set of twins. 2 1/2 Bathroom. There are two Euroloungers that convert in to beds if needed. Cable Television. Living room has patio slider with BBQ and sunset views. Washer/dryer. All included. Come spend a week or a month in our condo you will enjoy the city, location and relaxation. Upgraded bathrooms and flooring, fixtures and TV's. Wifi . Property does have stairs outside and inside unit.

Great location, walking distance to San Clemente Pier and beach. The house was comfortable for our family of 5. The balcony had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and we enjoyed seeing the sunset from there. We appreciated and used the beach toys, chairs and umbrella that was provided with the rental. Many restaurants and coffee shops are a short walk or drive away. Communication with the owner was very easy and there were no surprises. Overall, highly recommended and we would stay there again!

House was exactly as described, check in was straightforward and easy and the location was fantastic. You can easily drive to San Diego, Los Angeles, Dana Point, Laguna Beach or just walk down the block and enjoy the low key relaxing vibe of the San Clemente beach/pier.

Peak ocean view from the balcony. Plenty of bedrooms. We had 7 ppl and everyone fit very well. Walked to the beach everyday. Very close to the pier. Beach chairs and toys available to use. Be prepared there are a lot of stairs outside to get to the back condo. It wasn’t a problem for us but it’s worth mentioning. We loved it here!

Great location just a short walk to the beach and pier even for younger kids. Rooms were just right and nice and clean. Having two bathrooms with showers and an additional bathroom upstairs in the living area was great.

When I was looking for a vacation rental in San Clemente, I didn't have many options. We are a family of five and were in town for our oldest son's wedding. After opting out of the recommended hotel, I was a bit behind on finding lodging. This unit was a gem.It was perfect for the five of us, with plenty of space and truly a 3-minute walk to the pier. It had everything we needed — a full kitchen, coffee maker, room to spread out and play games, two full bathrooms (very clean), laundry, beach towels, and parking for two vehicles. Having coffee on the balcony each morning with an ocean view was lovely.There was no air conditioning, but we didn't mind — the fans worked well, and it cooled down nicely in the evenings.The unit looked recently updated and was spotless, and the property manager was easy to work with. We landed on a gem — highly recommend.

Very comfortable well appointed home. Close to the beach, cute coffee spots, the peer and walking distance to SC town. Family of five stayed for the week after Christmas through New Year had a great time! Great spot, responsive host, recommend:)

What a wonderful spot and so close to the beach. Check in was easy and convenient. Cozy location (not a surprise by the beach) but great to not have neighbors right in your window or right over your head.
