Includes amenities of wireless internet, streaming TV Apps/Antenna (*Tenant must be subscribed to their own streaming apps for TV use), Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher. Solar powered security camera installed on front and back of unit. *Starter toilet paper, paper towel & hand soap included. *Note: Beach chairs and beach toys are NOT included.

This was a wonderful little home located near the main street of shops and eateries. All within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time in Anna Maria and definitely plan to visit again. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was wonderful! The home was bright and very clean. Plenty of space and perfect location. Walking to the shops and the beach were just minutes away. We have been coming to A.M.I. for about 10yrs and have always stayed with my parents. We highly recommend this home and hope to rent it again next year!
