One of the charms of this property is that it is in a quiet neighborhood for a city location. As much as we want our guests to have a good time, please be aware this is not a party pad. The sofa is not intended to be additional sleeping for guests and additional bedding is not provided.

Close to Stone Way bus lines to downtown, etc. Stone Way starts at Lake Union and goes north to Greenlake and quickly becoming a hot new street with restaurants and shopping. About the owner: My husband grew up visiting his grandmother in this small apartment building. We moved in the one bedroom unit as newlyweds in 1996. Over a decade of managing long term rentals, we decided to furnish two units and offer as short term rentals.

Close to busy Wallingford, Fremont, Lake Union, Greenlake, & University of Washington. Quick and easy access to downtown. Our street is tucked away in the Wallingford neighborhood. It is a short street with low traffic volume, therefore is a nice quiet location.
