Gator Getaway! 3 bdrm House Near Campus & Downtown

Centrally located <2 miles from campus, downtown, or UF Health. Enjoy the full 1400 sq. ft. house with its private outdoor dining area, upstairs patio, and ample parking.

This is your home-away-from-home for football games, sports events, university conferences, graduation weekends, cave/cavern diving, floating the Springs, or whatever brings you to Gainesville!

The space
The downstairs has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with two pull-out couches, and a half-bathroom.

The upstairs has three bedrooms: a primary bedroom (queen bed), a guestroom (full bed), and a second guestroom/office (queen bed + twin bunk beds). The primary bedroom has an on-suite full bath, and there's a second full bath for the guestrooms. The guestrooms each have TVs. The guestroom/office has a workspace upstairs with fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.
