Amazing stay!
Would highly recommend this property! Very short walk to the beach. Great view of the beach from the balcony and the bedroom. Condo was well maintained and fully updated. Will be staying again next year.

Best place to stay on Marco Island, hands down. I’ve been visiting Marco annually since 2017 and have stayed at a number of accommodations and this one sets the standard. It has EVERYTHING you need and is conveniently located.

Location location location
The property was immaculate and had many things available for cooking our own meals. Easy walk to the beach but cheaper than on the beach. Walkable to restaurants, mini golf and other resorts. Very easy drive to Markle Park, air boat rides and other restaurants. My boys loved the pool and tennis court once the sun was on its way down. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations!
The unit was great for us. It was a short walk to the Beach. There were a lot of amenities provided like beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cart. The condo looks like it was newly updated and was beautifully decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the screened in porch was a plus. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic Unit
We had a wonderful vacation at this unit. We have been coming to Florida and staying in various condos for years. This might have been the nicest unit we have ever booked. Everything seemed like it was freshly renovated, the unit is laid out well, plenty of parking, the pool was great, and although you had to walk a short stretch to the beach (we knew this when booking), this unit provided a beach cart, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc for us to use. It made it easy to head to the beach. I will definitely be back in the future.

Our stay at this location was perfect. The location is great - about a 5 minute walk from the public beach entrance. The condo is very clean and renovated with modern finishes. The pool area was very clean and easily accessible.
If we are ever in the Marco Island area again we would stay here a second time.

Just like home! But better! The sunsets were WOW!
We were a little concerned at first on the location, but it turned out to be wonderful! The public access for the beach is 3 short blocks away and the owners provide a cart to use. We brought our own chairs and a tent, but we used the umbrella a few times when it was just my husband and I. There are plenty of items available to use in the condo and we didn't lack anything we needed. I would recommend having some plastic cups for kids. Ours are old enough to use glass, but smaller kids might struggle with the heavy glasses. The condo is beautiful and so cozy. Ladies - if you have long hair, you will love the shower - excellent water pressure! (This is a big deal to us!) The condo is decorated beautifully and my son (age 14) said it "feels like home" and "we should go back again". We didn't want to leave! The pool is small but there is hardly anyone around, so we had it all to ourselves - what a bonus! There is a grocery store just a couple miles down the road that served us perfectly. Our only concerns were the white washcloths were stained, and it makes you wonder what happened to them, but we washed them thoroughly and used as is. I left a note with the management company to replace if possible. The only other thing is the dryer made a clanking noise that just echoed throughout the condo and made watching tv difficult, so we used it as little as possible. Works great, just noisy. I notified the management company about it as well. Overall, those two minor things didn't make or break our trip. The condo is great and for a family of four on a budget, this is a perfect location. Thank you for making my husband's birthday and our July 4th holiday vacation week one to remember! This condo is definitely going in the favorites!
