Several claims in this review need correcting. Hand soap is provided. Shampoo and conditioner are not, because that is not required nor common with short term rentals. I always bring my own stuff when I travel, I just assume everyone else does that as well. The claim that the kitchen has more Christmas decorations than cooking supplies is simply false. Approximately three cabinets are used for Christmas storage, and the kitchen has the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals. Having a few cabinets reserved for storage does not make the kitchen unusable. The Dolly Parton comment was just unnecessary. The property intentionally features subtle nods to Dolly and a western feel, as shown in the listing photos. I’m not going to cover every surface in Dolly memorabilia to make the theme obvious. This review was poorly and inaccurately written and rated; as you never mentioned anything negative about the cleanliness, hospitality, or comfortability. Just small irrelevant details that have no bearing on your stay.

Thank you for your feedback! I did want to clarify a couple of things for future guests. There is actually a hair dryer provided in the bathroom, so unfortunately it must have just been overlooked during your stay. The tall lamps in each bedroom are there to provide additional lighting and have a foot-operated button on the cord that allows them to be easily turned on and off without unplugging them. I’m unsure specifically where the dust mentioned was located, as I personally clean and dust the property between every guest, including the ceiling fans, shelving, and underneath the beds. That said, I certainly could have missed a spot, and I apologize if that was the case. I do appreciate you mentioning the hand towels, and I’ll make sure those are provided for future guests.
