About this property

Beautiful Newly Remodeled Family Friendly East Vail Condo/Pool/Hot Tub, Free Bus

Our home is a beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath large condo unit. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom. Full modern kitchen with a gas BBQ right on the deck from the kitchen. Open living and dining room with a beautiful table that has 2 leaves to extend the table for additional guests. The living area has a 50 inch TV, and a wood burning fireplace. Great for a cozy game night!

The property was renovated in the Summer of 2021 with new carpet, new exterior finishings, and a modernized kitchen. 2025 all bathrooms were newly remodeled. There is high speed wifi, 2 large TV's with Cable TV, Apple TV, Free bus service in walking distance takes you into Vail Village. Buses come every 15 minutes in the winter and every 30 minutes in the Summer. Ample free parking right out front. Our complex is called Gore Creek Meadows. There is a Hot Tub, Heated Swimming Pool.

There is spectacular hiking up the Gore Range via the Booth Creek trail that can be easily accessed from the Condo. There is also a nice bike path nearby that can take you into the town of Vail, or up Vail Pass if you're looking for a good challenge. We're happy to make additional recommendations for any outdoor activity!

Located in East Vail, our home is a treasure in the Vail Valley. The valley has been a wonderful home, full of opportunities for our family. The access to many outdoor experiences is right out the front door. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Vail is home in the Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall. The activities are endless, from Skiing and Snowboarding, Fly Fishing, Golf, Mountain Biking, Hiking, anytime of the year there are adventures and quiet moments to enjoy in Vail.

From picnics to fabulous world class restaurants, theater, music and art are all part of Vail. Ford Park Amphitheater, Vilar Performing Arts Center, Bravo Music Series all so close from our home.

Vail is a world class 4 season resort town. The possibilities for outdoor adventure are unlimited and steps from our home. Vail offers some of the best skiing in the world with over 5200 acres of skiing terrain with 33 high speed lifts.

Vail is much more than a top destination for skiers and snowboarders. It is also known for its summer, fall, and spring beauty. Perfect for hiking, mountain and road biking, exceptional golf courses and beautiful fly fishing along with the Vail Valley Film Festival, Vail International Dance Festival, and the Vail Valley Music Festival. No matter what time of year, come stay.

A Private Ski Locker at base of Vail Mountain for your winter equipment can be arranged for you in the Winter. Visit Summer, Spring, or Fall, there is an abundance of activities, music and dance festivals to enjoy in the Vail Valley with your friends and family. We welcome you. Family of six 2 married couples where everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Newly renovated bathrooms quite nice. Kitchen is well appointed had everything needed to prepare meals. Location is fantastic close to bus stop and hiking trails. If you happen to fly fish the Gore Creek is very close as well. This our fourth stay we are skiers and love the condo and hopefully returning next year.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay. The owners were very communicate and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was immaculately kept, the newly renovated bathrooms and spacious bedrooms were wonderful and we appreciated the proximity to the Vail bus to ski, racquet club and hiking trails. Great location easy walk to the bus stop. Hot tub across parking lot was really nice after a hard day of skiing! Great space 4 bedrooms each with own bath is perfect for our family. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need to cook! My favorite condo we have stayed in over the last 10 years.

Perfect skiing getaway

This home was perfect for our annual family ski vacation. It was well stocked with the staples - spices, coffee filters, tp, etc. The cookware and dishware was of good quality and plentiful. We loved the proximity to the hot tub, the idyllic walk through the park to get to the shuttle stop, and the coziness of the home. Patti was very responsive to all of our communications. All-in-all, a wonderful place to spend our Christmas holiday.

Winter ski week

Our family of 5 loved staying at this wonderful Vail ski condo! We had plenty of space and lots to do before and after skiing both in the condo and around Vail. We hiked on the Gore creek trail, swam laps at the Vail racquet club pool and of course skiied every day, both uphill and downhill. The East Vail location is family- friendly and convenient. The Schapiros treated us like family, and we appreciate their kind hospitality. We will be back!

Home Away from Home

My family of 4 and our relatives truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Vail. Going into the trip, it was great to have a welcome packet of information ahead of time, so it was one less thing to worry about on a hectic travel day. Since most of live in a warmer climate, we made great use of the fire place and were also appreciative that each room had its own thermostat. Beds & couches were cozy and the showers were enjoyable all around. We had all we needed within the kitchen to cook meals for the whole family. Parking was not an issue at all and we were only steps away from the shuttle that runs into town. It was nice to be only 10 min away from the main area of Vail. Patti really went above and beyond with her communication and efforts to ensure a trouble-free stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Vail area.

Amazing Ski Season!

We loved this unit and location! The kitchen was well equipped and unit nicely decorated. Very comfortable home and communicating with Patti was a breeze. The one drawback if you are a light sleeper is that the traffic on I-70 can be pretty noisy on clear nights. I am not a light sleeper so it did not bother me at all, just my husband. We were lucky to stay 5 weeks and skied everyday but barely drove our car. The public bus system is great and we took full advantage of it. We brought our black lab Jack who also enjoyed the area and made lots of friends. There is a dog park close by and plenty of places to walk your dog. Thanks again Patti for sharing your home as we had a unforgettable vacation! Ruth, Dave, and Jack

Beautiful family condo

We had an amazing week at Patti’s condo in East Vail! It is a spacious and comfortable home. We appreciated that the kitchen is well-stocked with ample condiments, dishes and excellent cookware that made for easy meal prep for our family of 6 and even a few guests that stopped by for dinner. Beds were all quite comfy (except for the trundle bed). We also appreciated being able to bring our family dog along on the ski trip to keep the non-skier company during the day. All in all, we highly recommend this rental property! Thanks Patti.

Why they chose this property

Great for families and friends alike! East Vail is quieter than Vail Village, but has easy access to town. It also has beautiful Bighorn Park in walking distance, easy access to the bus route (buses come every 15 minutes in winter, every 30 minutes in Summer). The condo is great for bringing families together!

What makes this property unique

We have a heated swimming pool in the Summer, and a hot tub year round. Plenty of free parking in the area, gorgeous views of the Gore Range.
