Property was clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Deck out back was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast. Very close to Rainbow Springs and River. Property was exactly as described. Good communication from the host. Would stay again!
This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very quiet at night. Beautiful classic Florida house nicely restored with all the modern amenities. There is also a game room for family fun when not out and about. Property is conveniently located near Rainbow River and many surrounding areas for family fun. Highly recommended!
Charming house with a lot of character. So many decorating special touches We loved the location for kayaking, biking and it is only a short walk to a variety of shops. Our host was always helpful with anything we needed.

Thank we really appreciate your support. Thank you for your positive feedback. Hope you will come back and visit next year!!
The house was all we were looking for. A great quiet get a way that was located close to all our destinations. Very clean, we enjoyed a nice outdoor fire in the evening. Very pleased with all the comforts!
Great house with a great host! Very comfortable and clean. Possibly the best rental we have stayed in so far. The host is very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Thank you for a great stay!
Lovely house, lots of room and options to hang out. I really enjoyed the clawfoot tub and huge kitchen. The floors are original so step carefully as some are worn and creaky. Quiet neighborhood, loved the front porch swing and neighborhood kitties.
Very cool very old house with lots of charm. The brand new appliances in the kitchen as well as new shower and in the master bath definitely add value to and older house like this one. The kitchen, however, had only one dish towel that I could find, and there were no paper towels. This would have been a bigger factor had we stayed in to prepare our meals. The house is a great place to host a small group of 3-4. The living room would be well served with an additional seat or 2, especially if you're entertaining with more than 3. I could see the back deck being a great place to entertain as well, however we did not use it over the hot and rainy July weekend that we visited. Overall, Juan was a helpful host and I would certainly stay here again.

Thank you we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately kitchen towels and paper towels always grow feet. However we will address this again
Very clean, close to restaurants & the springs. We had fun in the game room playing pool with our teenager. Comfortable beds. Great communication from the owners. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay!
