Cozy & Convenient

We love the house and it was close to our relatives making it so convenient over the holiday. We loved spending time in the backyard having bon fires and relaxing. Very cozy and sweet. We will stay there again!

Prescott getaway

Great location with nice homes surrounding it. Big fenced yard was great to barbeque and for our dog. Nicely renovated.

We love this place!

Our second visit here and it was even better than the first. Quality linens, kitchen stocked with everything you need, and the most relaxing backyard. The host is phenomenal!

Great experience!

Wonderful home in Prescott’s historic home district. The hosts thought of everything ! Had a relaxing stay and walked to the Prescott Courthouse Square. Lots of really neat restaurants in the area.

Perfect spot for a short getaway with pets!

We stayed several nights to escape the Phoenix heat with our small dog. The yard is perfect for dogs and the neighborhood is lovely. Wonderful to be able to walk into town or just hang out and enjoy the space.

Great stay!

Lovely, historical remodeled home in a perfect location to town. Well appointed so you don’t need to bring a thing from your home to this home. Dog friendly property with a huge back yard. The weather was such a blessing from our home in Tucson. Hope to return next summer.

Great Rental

We rented for a short weekend with our pets. What a great house! Close to downtown, really nice kitchen to cook or prepare your own food, and a great backyard to enjoy the outdoors are just some of what we liked. One of the nicest and most comfortable rentals we have stayed at.

warm and cozy residence with great location near downtown. back yard extremely peaceful setting with an exceptional woodsy and private feeling....perfect for reading outdoors with a cup of coffee. my little dog loved sitting outdoors with me in the forest like setting, and going for nearby walks at the courthouse area i do not cook, so the many nearby eateries were a big plus

This home is a very comfortable cottage within walking distance of the Courthouse square. The backyard is incredible with the Edison lights and numerous seating/conversation areas.

Perfect location and space!

Four of us stayed for 3 nights in the winter time a few days after snow. It was so beautiful and quiet, very cozy with great heat and hot water and upscale appliances. We were able to walk all over downtown, including Museums, restaurants, the town square, shopping, etc. The decor inside is great, and I can see in the warmer months the back yard would be a great place to hang out.

Perfect Prescott Spot!

Location, location, location! I cannot say enough about this superior rental in Prescott. Great backyard with plenty of space to enjoy the shade with a glass of wine. We were able to walk everywhere. The owner was responsive and made our trip easy. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for the awesome trip!

Charming & Comfortable

The house was exactly as described and pictured. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Both bedrooms were comfortable and ceiling fans kept the home nine and cool. Plus, our dog loved the spacious fenced backyard. And the location was perfect for a long weekend in Prescott - within walking distance to the square.

Good location

This small house is convenient to the square in Prescott. The beds are not very comfortable and the rooms are small. A very nice back yard well suitable for dogs. Fine for anyone who doesn't plan to spend much time in the house.

Grandbaby visit

The cabin was wonderfully cozy and well maintained. We had everything we needed, it is clearly a vacation home and not a rental unit. We met Sean, the caretaker, because the fire alarms sounded off. He was there in 2 minutes flat and fixed us right up. Thank you for the comfortable home away from home! Glen and Tonya Davis

Traveling with kids

This was a beautiful house with a quiet efficient air conditioning system and well placed vents and ceiling fans. We loved the step down den with lots of sleeping space for our kids- plus the large backyard and patio plus bar-b-q were so fun! I've got to say a special thank you for the Lego bin- the children played with them every second we were at the house- at every stop since then they've asked- will this place have Legos too? They're spoiled for life! If we ever come stay in Prescott again we would stay here! Beautiful house and the owners were professional, responded to questions or calls promptly and were very polite and friendly! Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely home. It felt as if we owned it, comfy, well appointed, great kitchen and bath ---also there is a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen which adds to ease of living. And "living" is the right term. It wasn't just visiting, or staying in a hotel, it was as if we were home. Wonderful fenced backyard. Owners allow a dog with reasonable deposit and some understandable rules about pooh pick-up and dog hair. It's close to quaint and fun downtown Prescott (minutes by car, maybe 15 minutes walking), shade trees abound. We experienced a little sap on our car parking in the driveway, but it wasn't big globs of killer goo (e.g. came off with the rain that hit via an early sort-of monsoon). Relaxed, cooked our own meals two of three nights, drank champagne on the back patio, it was perfect.

Sweet Historic Home on Park Ave, close to everything

What a treat, better than we had hoped for!! My husband, our 4 year old and I had a such a great stay. We would have loved to try out some local restaurants, but really found ourselves not wanting to leave this charming home. There was nothing we needed to go out for, our little girl played with the house legos while we cooked and sampled a different bottle of wine each night. The beds were very comfortable, our little one slept till after 8am!! The home is very well appointed has wonderful light and thoughtful extras (iPod speakers, boardgames,nice towels and beddings). Net flicks and super cozy blankets were great following a day of hiking. The bungalow sits in a historic neighbourhood, great for strolls and there is a schoolyard playground a block away. Todd, the owner was awesome to deal with, very helpful and genuinely wanting us to have a great stay. Thank you.....Applause, applause, applause:)

Adorable historical home. Perfect for our stay.

This home was adorable in the photos and just as adorable in person. It was historical (even w it’s posted plaque up front), quaint, huge backyard for dogs, and a very short walking distance to downtown/ whiskey row. Even the north neighbors were super friendly which says a lot cuz I could only imagine the stress they may feel never knowing what kind of people will be staying next door to them. The owner is super friendly as she shared her number with me and even allowed us to go up a couple hours earlier than the check in time. Much appreciated. The home came with everything we needed and so much more w all of the kitchen utensils and appliances you’d need for an extended comfortable stay. The owner also had printed & laminated instructions which were very clear. It does make mention to spotlessly clean of any dog fur. Taking into consideration that I could only imagine what previous pets had caused to the furniture, floors, and what not, I guess I have to understand that request. My only complaint is some of the cleanliness. In the shower there was a nice chunk of shaved hair collected against a shower wall and plenty of debris and cob webs on all of the exterior home walls and furniture. I guess I’m just being nit picky bc of course I’d want to sit outside in Prescott’s amazing weather but it requires much cleaning! Overall a 5 ⭐️ stay. I truly enjoyed this home. ☺️
