Charming, comfortable & convenient!

  • 5 of 5

This house is a tastefully remodeled historic home within walking distance of downtown. It was perfect for us while we were in town for a bike race. This house provided all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. we needed to cook meals, we had plenty of linens, & we greatly appreciated having the gas fireplace as it was cold the first night. We will return!

Charming home so close to Prescott College and downtown.

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed exploring Prescott and staying in this wonderful home that's in a great location. My only complaint is the pots and pans have a teflon coating that is starting to come off. We would definitely come back to this place.

Fantastic house in charming neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

This house was so charming and really had all the amenities needed. The back yard in the spring, summer, and fall adds livable space however we didn't use it due to winter. The homeowners were very accommodating to all our needs. Well worth it!! Great neighborhood as well. We will rent it again for sure!

Historic beauty in the heart of Downtown Prescott

  • 5 of 5

House was well equipped and cozy for our family of 3 plus our dog. We walked to the courthouse and grabbed coffees in the morning. Great place, would suggest it to anyone and plan to stay there again.
