The property was exactly as listed. It was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was great. The host was great, even sent us restaurant suggestions, which we did try a few. We will definitely consider this property in the future, if available for our dates.

This was a great beach front property and easy access to everything. The condo was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. My family and I really enjoyed it and with be coming back in the future.

Sisters Trip

This was our first sisters trip. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Great rental home and the location was perfect (close to everything that we needed). Easy check in. Communication with Scott & Renee was very good, and we felt very welcome.

An absolute gem!!! This beautiful Condo had all the comforts of home!! Spacious, clean, inviting and very comfortable! Loved the fact that the 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms! Was a very modern flair throughout! Had everything that we needed, and Scott made us feel welcomed, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we needed! Thank you Scott! Best of all, however, was the beautiful ocean view which we thoroughly enjoyed each day from the outside deck/patio area! The surrounding area was meticulous, and not too far from shopping areas, mini golf, and other activities and attractions! Will absolutely return to this one of a kind gem in the very near future! A big shout out to Scott once again for a truly wonderful stay!

Great vacation spot!

Condo was very clean. Spent most of the time on the balcony when we were at the condo. Saw dolphins swimming by. Texted Scott with a question and answered me within minutes. Close to everything. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Family Stay!

My parents, brother, husband, 9 month old son, and myself all stayed at the Crescent Sands F3! I thought it was too good to be true considering the beautiful photos, the beachfront location, the price, the three bedrooms/baths, the elevator, etc. But it was exactly what was advertised and more! Everything was so clean upon arrival which made this mom of a newly crawling baby feel good. The balcony was huge and wrapped around the living room and had privacy from other condos where you could access it from the master bedroom. We watched lightning storms from the balcony this week! It was so peaceful. There were K-cups for the Keurig and a starter kit of soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and bathroom soaps/ toiletries! We loved the bright and beachy decor and appreciated the many charging stations provided throughout the condo. Scott was also super communicative and even sent us recommendations for dinner unprompted! He was super professsional, quick and kind to my pre-stay questions! The condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us adults and 1 infant but we could have fit another 2-3 children/adults if needed. We highly recommend and will be back!

AMAZING STAY, VERY CLEAN, QUIET/NICE AREA

I was very impressed with this condo. Had lots of stuff, lots of outlets, fuzzy blankets, adorable, clean and organized! Beautiful view, large balcony, and lots of sleeping room. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet environment with lots of things close by. Short drive (20 mins) to the boardwalk at Myrtle Beach. I would definitely stay here again.
