★ Booking & Check-In Details ★

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests – no parties or events permitted
• No pets allowed (including emotional support animals)
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old (required by our insurance carrier) and stay for the entire reservation
• A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking, or the reservation may be canceled
• A $500 security deposit hold is placed 3 days before check-in and released 14 days after checkout — we recommend using a credit card, as some debit cards may process as a charge

★ What to Expect ★

• The cabin sits in a resort-style setting with neighbors on either side
• Cell signal varies by carrier
• AWD/4WD recommended during snow or ice
• The resort is finalizing development in other areas of the property. Some daytime construction activity may occur.
• Wildlife sightings are common in the area — please do not feed or approach animals, and avoid leaving food in your car or outside.
• We have regular pest control, but bugs can still get in. Please keep doors closed.

★ Cabin & Guest Security ★

• Exterior security camera is located at the front door (overlooking the porch and parking area). No indoor cameras.
• A noise, smoke, and occupancy monitor is installed inside. It does not record audio or video; it only tracks noise levels and air quality to help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY ADVISED ★

There will be no refunds for weather / natural disasters / power outages / personal matters / other things that are beyond our control - Please protect your trip by purchasing Travel Insurance.

★ For bookings made on VRBO, a 3% card processing fee will be deducted from any refund.
