Relax in this lovely 1-bedroom w/queen bed, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room, Florida room w/fireplace and desk, Washer and dryer in a heated/cooled outdoor workshop. Tropical rear patio has eating space, a grill and small firepit. Resort amenities include 2 swimming pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and much more. Free parking in oversized carport. Centrally located to numerous Florida attractions and Tampa.

The stay was great. Home was exceptionally clean, air conditioning was on and place was cool. The owners live close and were available for any questions. If the unit is available any time I am in Zephyrhills it will be my first choice of places to stay

Why they chose this property

Lots of activities in winter, along with quiet times. Two pools, hot tub, pickleball, shuffleboard, horseshoes and more, available to guests year round. Well kept grounds, inland enough to avoid most storms and an hour to the Gulf beaches and Disney plus other fun areas.
