Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, we were able to check in early without any issue. Breakfast had a lot of different options and was clean and always full. Location was perfect, surf style indirectly across the street has anything you may need from drinks, and snacks to souvenirs and extra sunscreen and easy beach access. Will absolutely book this hotel again.

The hotel was nice but we were disappointed with the fact that we had to pay quite a bit for parking, only had our room cleaned every other day and listened to loud music into the late hours or should I say the early morning hours.

Host interaction was fine. Didn’t have the room that was reserved (King bed). Rooms are made up every other day (okay) only beds made up, towels replaced and trash removed. No replacement of room supplies other cleaning. Mattress sagged and needs to be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. The breakfast was decent, but wasn’t too impressed with the grill food, especially for the price it was at. So, we didn’t eat there after that. We had a weird smell, like a humid smell in our room and just chalked it up to being the norm due to being a humid state, but we went in Feb and it was cold the majority of the time we were there. The last night we stayed, we finally relized there was water leaking from the AC into the closet and it’s carpet. We did tell the front desk the morning we left and they initially notified facilities. So, we think that was the smell. Other than that, we had no issues and would stay there again. The customer service was excellent and everything else was very clean.

We had an amazing experience! The complimentary breakfast was great, the pool was beautiful and the location was AMAZING. We had easy beach access right across the street and downtown Clearwater was walkable! We would definitely stay here again!
