The welcoming living room includes an additional futon for extra sleeping space. The elaborate sparkling salt water pool has a large covered lanai, brick paver decking and endless water view! Here is your paradise found! Just a short car ride to the Gulf Beaches of Boca Grande or Englewood to name a few. We hope you enjoy what our place and Rotonda West has to offer.

The property was very nice and clean, the only negatives I could come up with is no beach chairs or supplies, and no grill. Other than that it was a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We do provide beach chairs at the property, as listed. Adding a beach umbrella is a great suggestion that we plan to implement for future guests. Regarding the grill, it is not listed as an amenity for this property, but establishing a dedicated grilling area is indeed in our plans for the future.
