We had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was not hot when we arrived. I contacted the host and it was taken care of quickly. The technician came out and fixed it by the next afternoon. We also had a beat break into our metal trash can. The host sent someone the very next day to fix the situation. Things happen and I understand that. But I was very impressed with how quickly the problems were resolved!!! Cannot wait to stay with this company again!
