Cozy yet minimalist house.

Large, relaxing screened back porch–great for evening drinks or morning coffee while gazing upon the surrounding backyard blooms & butterflies.

Though the house is in a mixed-urban setting in the heart of central-east Austin, you'll come home to privacy & peace after exploring.

Walk, scooter, or <$10 Uber to heaps of bars, cafes, eateries, breweries, points of interest, & downtown.

The space ~

FULL HOUSE · 3 BD/1 BA, open plan living/kitchen, plus large, bug-free, private screened-in lanai with furniture & hammock. No yard access other than viewing it from the lanai (yard is a wildflower meadow).

EASY PARKING · Park in driveway & for free on quiet street.

WiFi · Strong wifi signal in the whole house including porch.

TV · Chromecast + Amazon Prime. (No cable TV).

CACH · Cold AC & ceiling fans for summer ; cozy heat for winter.

NO PARTIES· Quiet hours, including on the back porch, are to be respected after 10 PM. I adore my neighbors, who include toddlers and elders.

NON-SMOKING · Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

COMFY BEDS · 2 fulls, 1 queen, 2 extra twins & a pack-n-play available on request.

FRESH LINENS · sheets, pillowcases, towels, quilts, and blankets are 100% cotton; down comforters. I wash with 'free & clear' laundry soap and line dry.

PORCH · Enjoy a large, fully screened in back porch with hammock and furniture. Lush gardens surround you from the bug-free lanai. The wifi reaches the porch, making it great to work from home in peaceful surrounds.

HOUSE VIBES · Tranquil, comfortable & gently bright with natural light. Lots of greenery & flowers visible out the windows.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES: Please respect quiet hours, including on the back porch, after 10 PM. My neighbors include toddlers and elders.

This home was perfect for us. Clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking tools & basic cooking ingredients, wonderful screened in porch. The neighborhood is close to downtown but in a walkable residential neighborhood. The host is welcoming and responsive.
