Beachwalk Villa est situĂ© dans la communautĂ© privĂ©e fermĂ©e de Shipyard Plantation. Le rĂ©gime Beachwalk est le placard de tous les rĂ©gimes Ă  la plage dans la plantation. C’est l’une des rĂ©gions les plus jolies et les plus calmes de l’üle, avec ses grands chĂȘnes, ses lagons et ses palmiers, crĂ©ant ainsi un cadre tropical pittoresque. Les activitĂ©s de loisirs sur place incluent le golf et le tennis aux frais du locataire. Des pistes cyclables sans fin peuvent ĂȘtre parcourues dans toute la plantation du chantier naval. Bien sĂ»r, la plage de sable blanc vous attend!

La villa se trouve Ă  8 minutes Ă  pied par un chemin pavĂ© et ombragĂ©. Une grande piscine est Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied. Une soirĂ©e de dĂ©tente vous permettra de profiter de la grande terrasse Ă©quipĂ©e d’une table, de chaises et d’un barbecue Ă  gaz.

Cette villa au premier Ă©tage a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. De la peinture fraĂźche, un nouveau canapĂ© / grand lit, un nouveau fauteuil inclinable confortable et un sol stratifiĂ© viennent d’ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©s pour offrir un environnement propre et accueillant. De nouveaux appareils ont Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©s pour votre commoditĂ©.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain privée. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une autre salle de bain juste devant la porte de la chambre.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et contient tous les éléments nécessaires pour cuisiner et se restaurer. Le propriétaire a essayé de penser à tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus confortable possible. S'il vous plaßt profiter de l'Internet gratuit, des jeux fournis et des films.

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location!

After multiple trips to Hilton Head, this is the best place we have stayed! The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect! Shipyard is such a beautiful place! Very easy, fast, and scenic walk to the beach. The beach locker made everything so convenient! It was nice not having to carry everything to the beach, especially with kids. In the locker there were chairs, and plenty of toys and boogie boards for the kids. The owner is so sweet and easily reachable! We would love to stay here again!

Home away from Home

My husband and I loved staying at the Ultimate Beach Getaway. Beyond cleanliness, being super comfortable and well stocked, we felt like we were home. Jo was a delight to work with. She was easy to communicate with and very accomidating. We would highly recommend staying here. You will love it!

Great weekend stay at HHI!

We loved this villa! It was clean, well kept, and comfortable. They have a beautiful back porch and very comfy rooms. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Great kitchen supplies provided and easy walk to the beach.The only thing I would warn about is the uber experience, because there is some confusion we faced with getting the drivers to come to the right entrance (it would route them to the resident entrance where they could not get in). Of course that has nothing to do with the amazing condo and host, but just a fair warning if you’re planning to use uber! Jo was responsive and timely with any help we needed. Would stay here again! Thank you :)

January Retreat

We enjoyed a relaxing month on Hilton Head in your wonderful villa. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed daily long walks on the beach as well as many bike rides throughout Shipyard and beyond. This was a perfect January getaway from the winter weather “up north.”

Wonderful Getaway

The property is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the wonderful deck outside each morning. Comfortable beds and recliners. Conveniently close to the beach (their 8 minute walk estimate is accurate!). Being able to use their chairs and beach locker was a plus! We will definitely be coming back.

Great Place to Stay!

Our family so enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything you could ask for is there. The owner is so easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions. Condo was spotless and ready for use when we arrived. Great location to the beach, pool and bike trails. Would recommend 100% and hope to be back to this same condo soon.

Highly recommend!

Jo was fabulous to work with and the unit was exactly as described/pictured. The beach was an easy walk, but even better because Jo was able to get us a beach stamp to park a bit closer - which our young child appreciated. Clean, convenient, and very spacious and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again.

Cant say much more than all of the other outstanding reviews, but the property was perfect and close to everything you need! First-timer to HHI and we are definitely going to return to Jo’s villa. She’s the perfect host who helped us right to the end when we experienced transportation issues. Thanks for making our vac a memorable one!

Beach Walks

The condo is a quick 8 minute walk to the beach. Everything inside is very clean. The furniture, kitchen appliances, linens, etc. were in like new conditions. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a few spices, oils, keruig and old school coffee pots with filters. The main bedroom mattress is comfortable. Beach towels and inflatables were available as well as games and books. We met the owners upstairs and next door; both were very friendly. Jo is responsive, friendly and communicates well. The only downside was you can hear every step upstairs and the condo does slope a bit. These are completely out of Jo's control and just something to be aware of. If you want a clean and well furnished unit to rent this place is it.

Mom's 90th surprise birthday party

We had the grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, BFFs, daughters, sons in law, for Mom's 90th. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate us all for dinner every night. The kitchen was very well stocked to make those dinners. It was really wonderful.

Perfect Location!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and it was great! The location is really perfect. A short walk or bike ride to the beach or pool. Jo was wonderful to deal with, and very helpful via text! It was very clean and exactly as advertised. The outside area was roomy and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great Location!

Jo Welch the property manager is one of the best communicators I have dealt with in a long time. Property was more than anticipated, all the amenities you could want or need. The pool is excellent, (wish there was a hot tub), the unit is super clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 young boys and had plenty of room.

The villa is managed by the owner's daughter. You will receive the best hospitality with a quick response time. Our family takes great pride in making sure you will be as comfortable in our villa as your own home. It's just waiting for you and your family!
