Consider this house your home away from home while you visit NWA. This cozy retreat sleeps 6 & features a spacious living room & stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed and an additional curtained space with a bunk bed off the living room, as well as 2 bathrooms with essential amenities.

The back deck overlooks beautiful Beaver Lake and has all the amenities- lounge area seating, gas fire pit, hot tub, and grill. Relax around a large wood burning fire pit in the evenings. Kayaks, canoes and paddle board available for use. Bring your fishing poles to cast by the water. Beav-O-Rama neighborhood boat ramp 1/4 mile away. The fun is endless!

The serene atmosphere of this property will surely provide a nice and soothing escape for guests but also easy access to all that Fayetteville & surrounding areas have to offer.

Bag all trash, tie up and place in cans with lids outside the home or at the beginning of gravel driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband, Drew, and I take pride in managing the properties ourselves. Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed and well stocked so you can focus on enjoying your stay. We're nearby and responsive if you need anything, and we love helping guests experience the best of Beaver Lake, Fayetteville and NWA.

We chose this area for its peaceful lakefront setting and convenient access to town. You get wooded views, calm water, and stunning sunsets - while still being convenient to Fayetteville, Springdale, and other NWA areas, as well as restaurants, hiking trails and Razorback events.
