With a central location, thoughtful amenities, and cozy mountain style, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway makes it easy to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.

Just a five-minute walk from downtown Breckenridge, this condo puts you steps from boutique shopping, restaurants, and après-ski hangouts. At the end of your ski day, you can glide down 4 O’Clock Run and finish your run right across the street. The Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stops just outside, offering easy access to the Snowflake Chairlift, Beaver Run, and other base areas—so you’re always close to the action.

With space to comfortably sleep up to eight guests, the condo features a bright and open layout filled with natural light. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a cozy bunk nook that's perfect for kids. The second bedroom has a king bed and easy access to its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate larger groups or families.

Guests also enjoy access to two onsite outdoor hot tubs and the seasonal Upper Village Pool, which includes a heated outdoor pool and more hot tubs for soaking after an adventure filled day. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Everything was very clean, and we maintained; the property looked like the pictures. The host touched base with us early on in our stay to make sure there were no problems, and was very hospitable. The property is a very short walk from downtown, which is convenient, and about a 7 minute walk to the ski lifts.

The condo was perfect for our family get-together. Bedrooms were roomy. Living room and dining room were comfortable and kitchen was very nice. Location was perfect for Oktoberfest. Would definitely stay again.

I would really give it a 4.5 star

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.Pros: -You can't beat the location. It's a five minute walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge.-The condo is really clean and has a good layout. It's basically two master suites and also has bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you could want. -Getting into the condo was easy with the code provided. The property managers were quick to respond and were clear communicators. -The balcony had a partial mountain view, which was nice.- Parking was easy and there are lots of spots, and it was a busy weekend. Cons: We really only had two cons.-The main con is the poor sound insulation between the condo and the neighbor above us. This person walked around very heavily starting early in the morning (5:30 am) and it would wake us up. You could hear every squeaky footstep. I'm not sure if insulation could be blown in to make that better??-The other con was the balcony faced onto a busy road. That was only an issue when we had the door or windows open or sat on the balcony. With the door and windows closed, you couldn't hear the traffic. Overall, this was a great place to stay. You really couldn't beat the location and the unit itself had many great attributes.
