Welcome to our perfectly located condo! Whether you are done skiing for the day, taking a lunch break or just want to sip on some hot chocolate, merely ski down the Gondola Back Run (via 4 o'clock run), pop off your skis/snowboard and walk 3 minutes to this condo. The condo is across the street from the Gondola parking lot and next to a free shuttle that will take you to Peak 8,9, or 10. The condo is conveniently located 1 block off Main St. with access to over 200 shops and restaurants, no need to drive while others are in a traffic jam and jockeying for a parking space. There are 2 hot tubs and a seasonal swimming pool on site for relaxation and fun! The unit has a ski locker to store all of your ski gear. Covered parking is available with elevator access to the unit. This home is fully updated featuring slate entry, upgraded fireplace, wool carpet, custom wood trim & doors, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 3 upgraded bathrooms, custom paint, private deck with view of the trees, nicely furnished, cable, Wi-Fi, new tvs, collection of movies & games, and a lot of natural light. The master features a king bed and master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds, with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. The sofa sleeper has a queen memory foam mattress for your comfort. Comfortably sleeps 7.
Breckenridge proudly boasts its 5 peaks that provide skiing/snowboarding for all ages and experience levels. Ski school, ski rentals, mountain restaurants, and bars will surely make your vacation pleasurable and memorable. Other ski resorts including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Cooper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Loveland are just a short drive away. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, sledding and a friendly family snowball fight!
The Breckenridge area is also a popular spring, summer and fall destination. Vacationers spend time hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, mountain biking, road biking, horseback riding and paddle boarding. Lake Dillon is just a short drive from Breckenridge.

There are so many great features about our condo. We love the homey feeling we get as soon as we walk in. We also love the fantastic location! To be able to ski-in and walk to gondola is such a convenient aspect of the condo. We love the fact that we are only a block to main street... plenty of fun, food and shopping just steps away!

Wonderful stay in this great condo. Short walk to all the shops and dining. Close to the gondola. This condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the warm fireplace every night. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit!!

Great location, great place
This was a perfect location in Breck. Walk to the gondola with ski gear was no problem. Walk to town no problem. Comfortable beds. Only complaint is very dry in rooms..really need humidifiers. Would definitely stay here again.
Best Location for skiing and birthday.
My wife organized a great 50th birthday ski weekend for me. Ski Hill is great for it's location and nice accommodations. It is a very short walk, even in ski boots, to the gondola or to downtown. If you stay at some of the bases you will have a long walk or bus ride to town. Wouldn't want to try to find parking in the downtown area. The condo had everything we needed to host a small gathering and looks recently updated. The hot tub was clean and hot every time we used it. I will book here the next time we need a place in Breck.
The perfect location!
Just as the info and reviews have stated, the condo is ideally located across the street from the Gondola parking and approximately a block from Main Street. We walked everywhere which is what we always like to do. There is also a large City Market (grocery store) conveniently located a 1/2 mile away. We skied at Copper and Keystone also which are 10-15 mins away! We rented a vehicle this trip, but could have easily taken an airport shuttle and then used the local transit to get around everywhere we wanted to go. The condo itself was very cozy and clean and a comfortable size for all five of us to spread out with lots of gear and electronics. The beds were very comfortable, and I enjoyed having the gas fireplace and all the bath extra towels. Covered parking was also a plus. The kitchen was very well stocked with a crockpot, hand mixer and anything you may need for cooking in; and of course, the restaurants along main and in the area are endless! The owners are very friendly and professional and respond almost immediately to email inquiries. This was the perfect location for us and will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!
