Ashley Lake estate: main house plus boathouse, sleeping 26 total. Main house has 4 bedrooms (king, two queens, and a queen with 3 bunks), 4 full baths with jetted tubs, a half bath, chef's kitchen, two living and dining areas, and a bar. Boathouse sleeps 12 with 3 queens, a downstairs bunk room, 3 full baths, custom antique kitchen, big deck, and a private dock.

A member of the True North Management team will meet you on-site between 4-6 pm for a personal tour and to answer any questions you may have regarding the property or any of the on-site amenities. If your arrival is after our personal check-in times, we would be happy to address any questions or offer additional support the following business day.

There is little to no traffic or neighbors. This listing includes the Main Log Home and the Boat House on the property, however there is no conjoining space that will need to be shared.

Any check in between 4-6 pm will receive a private check in and property walkthrough. Otherwise, there is a keyless entry system and access code will be created at date of check in.

You will need a vehicle to get back and forth from town. There is a 14-person caravan that may be available for your visit - Please contact Property Manager for van requests.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Late Check-Out $500, based on availability late check out is 12:00 noon
