Built in 2006 and beautifully restored in 2016, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 10,000 square foot oceanfront villa is located in the desirable lower southern edge of the Conchas China area. This gorgeous contemporary designed villa has all the luxuries of an exquisite vacation home with Mexican flair throughout. floor to ceiling sliding glass doorsin all living areas showcase the breathtaking 180 degree views of the bay stretching from Mismaloya to Nuevo Vallarta.

Fabulous

Jesus & Daniel were the most gracious & caring. The meals were delicious & far better than most 5 star restaurants. They were attentive to our every need making our stay more enjoyable. The house itself is exactly as in the photos. A gorgeous view. We will be back as long as Jesus & Daniel are there! What an amazing vacation!

Spectacular attentive staff lead by Jesus

The staff here was warm and efficient . Danny the chef produced delicious gourmet meals accompanied by the always smiling Kenya . Jesus was a gracious and competent manager who kept the well oiled household running smoothly. Kenya even decorated the house for a last minute birthday celebration . We’ve travelled quite a bit and this wonderful team led by Jesus was the most qualified and charming staff we’ve ever had .

We loved Villa Azul Pacifico!

We had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were greeted upon arrival with friendly faces and tequila shots. The house was lovely and had 5 large bedrooms for each couple. There was a nice kitchen, dining and sitting area. However, we spent most of our time on the outdoor living space! The pool was beautiful and well maintained regularly. The ocean view was spectacular and multiple daily sightings of the whales and manta rays was a special treat. This house was perfect for us. However...the house came second to the wonderful treatment we were given by Jesus (the house manager), Daniel, the chef and Kenya - the sous chef. Everyday Jesus made us the best margaritas we've ever had. Stocked our fridge and cabinets and made sure we lacked for nothing. We only had to think about needing something and it appeared. Daniel and Kenya made us wonderful meals once or twice a day, upon request. Everything was top notch. Jesus arranged for a fishing trip for three of the guests. They brought the fish home and Daniel and Kenya prepared it for us. Taxis to town, transfers to and from the airport were arranged as needed. Everything we could have asked for was provided. We have only been home for a few days and I am already dreaming of going back. You can not go wrong staying at the beautiful villa!

Puerto Vallarta Sanctuary

Beautiful hillside house overlooking the ocean. Large rooms, comfy beds. Indoor elevator for 3 floors. Large, open dining/living area, pool table area leading to a fantastic patio with lounge chairs, hot tub, infinity pool, covered bar - perfect! The house is minutes away from town (depending on traffic on the two-lane highway). The best part for us was having a house manager, cook, and assistant there. We ate 1-2 meals at the house daily, and were waited on with friendly, excellent service - we were unaware that they were included until just before the trip (be prepared to give tips at the end of the stay). The house/rooms were cleaned and attended to daily. Just a phenomenal stay, would definitely look at this property again if/when we go back. Considering Puerto Vallarta itself, I would recommend tequila tasting excursions (some of the best tequila comes from around there), atv tours, boating (fishing/snorkling), and eating (such good food, and they're great at all things taco). I wouldn't recommend personally driving while there unless you are very familiar with the streets and driving rules of PV - lots of taxi/shuttle services.

Excellent Experience

Our experience was phenomenal. The house staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The food was insanely delicious and the property was stunning. Overall, not one thing to complain about, this was a truly beautiful house with a great group of people to help make the experience exactly what we wanted it to be.

Exceptional Property

My favorite thing about this property is that every room is fabulous with en suite bath and water views. Every guest gets a spectacular place to relax. The staff was wonderful in making us feel very welcome and in going the extra mile to ensure everyone had a great time.
