Ideal for 2 adults + 2 kids or up to 3 adults, the space is thoughtfully designed for short visits, extended stays, work trips, or weekend getaways.

The Space

This modern guest house includes:

• Cozy Bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, fresh linens, Smart TV, and closet storage
• Living Area with a full-size pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), large Smart TV, and board games
• Compact Full Kitchen including refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, double-burner cooktop, cookware, utensils, and basic essentials
• In-Unit Washer & Dryer, perfect for long stays or traveling families
• Private Entrance separate from the main home
• Gated Patio—great for morning coffee, relaxing evenings, or fresh Arizona air
• Central AC/heat + ceiling fan for year-round comfort

Although the casita is attached to the main home, it is fully private with its own entrance and dedicated living space. You may occasionally see us coming or going, but your privacy is always respected.

AC is controlled by a smart thermostat and cannot be lowered below 70°F.

Bruno bent over backwards to ensure his space fit our needs. He was incredibly gracious and provided a couple of items we requested but went above and beyond these requests. The space more than exceeded our expectations; the photos really do not do it justice. Everything we neededI was in the unit as our host thoughtfully provided it all. We had so much privacy! The spacious unit was great. We were in a very safe and secure area/neighborhood. It was in a quiet location and close to many shopping and eateries, so convenient. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely stay here again when we next find ourselves in the area. We can’t recommend this enough! Stay and you won’t be disappointed….we will when next in the area again. THANK YOU BRUNO AND JENNIFER!

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a quieter residential setting while still being close to some of the area’s best spots. It’s in close proximity to Westgate, where guests can enjoy restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and events, while also having easy access to the freeway and other parts of the West Valley. We’re also very close to Luke Air Force Base, which makes base access quick and convenient for guests who need to be nearby. Because of that, it’s also common to see and hear fighter jets flying overhead from time to time, which many guests find unique to the area. Overall, it’s a convenient location with a good balance of accessibility and a calm neighborhood feel.
