The location is great for what I was looking for, easy boating access. The house is very nice, appears to have been recently upgraded. Quiet neighborhood with good walking areas

This was a great place. We had so much fun. This is a property for people who don’t want to be in a busy resort. It had a wonderful kitchen. We were able to cook most of our meals there. We very much enjoyed being around the locals and the regulars. Big Pine Key is very quiet and everyone there is super friendly. We emailed Richard several times with questions and he got right back to us very quickly. The cute deer was a pleasant bonus. Bulkhead was great for keeping my Boat very quick access to the ocean. Perfect access to looe key reef. Would love to come back next year. One of the best fish sandwiches I had while we were there was at the concession stand at big Pine flea market.
