Security gate access, two outdoor swimming pools, indoor pool (heated in winter), kiddie pool, fitness center, outdoor grills, lighted tennis courts, outside showers. All units have wireless Internet access. Clubhouse available for rental. Two parking spaces per unit. No pets.

Easy 500’ walk to the beach with a beach path option that has no steps. Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar and updated appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, toaster and icemaker. The large dining table easily seats six. Ceiling fans in each room. Relax in the living room while enjoying the ocean views and watching your favorite shows on a Smart TV. The primary bedroom with private bath has a king bed with balcony access offering amazing views. The other bedrooms have access to their own balcony. Smart TVs throughout for streaming. Full-size washer/dryer, wireless Internet access. Sit back, relax and catch the ocean breeze on the furnished deck, making sure to catch one of the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets.

Beach time

The property was tastefully updated with a well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was there, including games and bogey boards. I would rent this unit again without hesitation.

The view of the ocean was fantastic! This place was lovely! Close to everything!! Restaurants, shopping, groceries, you name it! Well stocked condo with plenty of room to spread for our party of 4. People there were so sweet! Even security who joked around with us! We got a seafood boil from Outerbanks Boil Co. to go and brought it back to make it! It was super easy and super delicious! Definitely recommend!! We had a great time and enjoyed every minute. Only other thing I would say is we wished there were 4 beach chairs so we each had one to use on the beach as there were only 2 with this condo, but we figured it out and it was fine. Thanks for hosting my family!
