We enjoyed this studio and it was nice walking off the back patio straight to the pool. We were far enough away from the restaurant traffic and noise yet still close enough to walk to the marina and play pickleball multiple times a day. The decor at both doors was a cute touch we enjoyed spotting on our walks. We can’t wait to visit again!

If I could recommend anything it would be to replace flooring and tub. Floor was all chipped up and the tub was outdated maybe a walk in shower would be nice. Overall we would stay again and enjoyed our time. That’s for the easy check in and check out.

Beautiful Studio!

Beautiful place right next to the pool and convenient to the walkway to the beach. A studio was perfect for me and my husband. Lots of grassy areas and waste bins right outside the door, great for those who bring a dog like we did. Front staff was also very welcoming!

Loved the location of this unit. Easy access to the beach. My 80 year old mom was able to get to and from the beach which was a concern for us. Plenty of dining choices within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was nice.Although the central air was broke 5 of the 7 days we were there. I don't know if that is owner's responsibility or Sandpuper Coves. It took them 5 days to decide to replace the unit. They did give us fans and a portable air conditioner but it couldn't keep up since it was so hot there. The stove broiler did not work. The microwave was junk as we cooked potatoes for 30 minutes and they still weren't done.N9 coffee, no salt and pepper, paper towels etc. We were not able to leave until late evening to do anything due to guys in and out working on the unit the first 5 days.i asked Sandpiper Cove staff to make it up some way and they blamed the owner and said they will email her and see what she says. I have not heard anything yet. I have stayed here at Sandpiper Cove for 10 years.

Reviewer Comments: Bed was a little more firm than I would've liked, however I really enjoyed the unit. It was very nice and clean. Great location. Gate guards were so friendly! All was good until checkout. While trying to load our vehicle 4 contractors were on the patio at 8:30am discussing their work plans which made it very aggravating going in and out through them. Aside from that encounter I think the cove is a wonderful place and plan to visit again. Office staff very friendly. I would add that the unit could use paper towels and more staples. I would also suggest some blackout curtains and updated pans. Loved the facts it had a box fan!!!

Weekend getaway.

Perfect studio condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Utensils/pans/coffee maker.Bathroom excellent hot water with decent water pressures.Bedroom- pillows are both firmer and soft. Bed is more on the firmer side.Walk out to the patio, sliding doors and a magnetic screen that makes entering and exiting easy. Just steps away from a pool and within walking distance to beach!

Condo is tastefully decorated. Recommend weather stripping around front door to reduce utility bills. Queen mattress was very comfortable! Close to beach walk for easy access!

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was very short walk to the beach. My husband and I stayed here with my two toddlers and the walk was super easy for the kids. The house had all that we needed. Laundry was just off the back porch ($2/load) and the pool was right there too. We barely needed our car! The murphy bed was comfortable, but seemed a little slanted to the head side. Linen exchange was a nice service for the almost week stay we had. Beach was nice. Beware - the chair service got front row positions for the length of our stay so you couldn't really sit close to the water. We did sit right behind them and had to walk through them which was awkward since they were closely placed. Only other complaint is that the pool gets crowded quick. Very family friendly place to stay.

Quiet, except for the refrigerator

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Sandpiper. The complex in it's entirety is a true home away from home. My husband and I have stayed at different locations throughout Sandpiper for the past 4 years. This particular location stood out for the epic balcony. We ate outside every day. They had a stereo, so it was nice to just sit on that balcony and relax. That was the best! The bed was comfortable. The decor was fantastic. This condo was my favorite as far as decor.The kitchen was well stocked, so you could be prepared for anything. The BAD: The refrigerator is LOUD. It would wake my husband and I up at night. All is quiet, and then the refrigerator would turn on and it was all over for the quiet. The second thing is the toilet. It would take about 10 minutes of running to fill. The first day we thought it was broken it ran so long. So, A- condo, could be an A+ with a new refrigerator and toilet.

Tub drain was almost totally plugged upon arrival, but was quickly fixed once I reported it. Tub had some minor debris and bugs in it upon arrival. Price seemed somewhat excessive for what we got.

There was an old, dirty, dried up towel on the kitchen counter. On huge dust, hair 'bunny'. The beds aren't comfortable for more than a few days. Other than that, everything was fine. Oh, one really big roach. That's all.
