Experience Myrtle Beach like a local in this 1-bedroom ground floor condo!

Beautiful marble and LVP flooring throughout the unit! The bedroom has one double bed in the bedroom with smart TV. The bathroom boasts a fully tiled, spacious shower. The living room is equipped with a full sized sofa, queen sized air mattress for up to two additional guests, and a 50" smart TV! Cook anything you can think of in the fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave, air fryer and instant pot. This condo has an in unit full size washer and dryer, central heat/AC, and high speed wireless internet! There are front and back patios as well as outdoor furniture for your use. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, but you may smoke outside (please keep doors to the condo closed) as long as the guest cleans up any butts or debris. Parking is free and directly out side of the unit!

This condo is conveniently located to highway 501 (10 minutes or less to the beach) and highway 31, so you can easily get anywhere around the Grand Strand. I am local to the area and would be happy to offer suggestions for food, entertainment, etc. upon request. If there is anything else you need to know, just ask!

Tiffany was wonderful to work with, communication was top notch and she was so friendly and welcoming! The unit was exactly as described, and met our needs perfectly as a family of 3. Highly recommend booking this condo for your Myrtle Beach trip - it was also close to everything!

It was great for us.

Since we are originally from the orea the location was PERFECT for us!! In and out and about where we needed to go easy peasy. So clean and such a nice condo. The ONLY complaint i would say is (maybe?) upsize the bed lol. everything else is 100%. Great Hostess!! So fast to communicate! WE LOVED IT!

Pluses: Tiffany was an excellent host providing all the necessary condo info along with a few check-ins during the week. The weather wasn't all the best during our stay so having a washer & dryer was a Godsend to clean dirty baseball clothes. The condo itself was very clean and the large, & the remodeled shower was a nice plus. The condo was within 15-20 minutes of everything.Negatives: The condo was a little rough around the edges showing signs of more wear & tear than in the promo photos. There was no weather-stripping on the bottom of the backdoor revealing a gap that probably was the source of a handful of palmetto bugs during our stay. The hot water wasn't hot but only a bit past warm. The TVs were computer monitor sized which unfortunately became more noticeable during rain delays.Overall, the condo was close to everything, clean and livable for our stay, but reminded me of a college apartment.
