Policies & Enforcement

We strive for a welcoming and respectful community. Repeated policy violations may lead to intervention, including involving local authorities. Should removal be necessary, any related costs will be the guest's responsibility. Thank you for your cooperation!



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in designated units under the following conditions:

✔ Notify us in advance with details about your pet

✔ Cleaning fees (per pet):

1-7 nights: $25/night

8-29 nights: $200 total

30+ nights: $300 total

✔ Pet Restrictions: 2 pets maximum, no weight limit, but certain breeds are not allowed (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers)

✔ Unapproved pets: $500 fee



We have noise monitors (measuring decibel levels only) and security cameras in hallways for safety. Tampering with the monitors incurs a fee.
