Escape to paradise at our Sandpiper Cove villa located in the heart of Destin, Florida. This fully furnished property includes 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in one downstairs bedroom and one king bed in the other downstairs bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom. The living room includes a Murphy bed cabinet with a queen size bed for 2. There are two full size bathrooms (one on the main level with a walk-in shower and the other in the upstairs master with a bathtub/shower combo. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer in the unit. There is beach gear included with this property (wagon, beach chairs, beach towels). This property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore local attractions, enjoy stunning sunsets, play tennis/pickleball or par 3 golf. Guests can enjoy the convenience of tennis and pickleball courts within walking distance of the villa (rackets, golf clubs and balls are provided for use during your stay) as well as a par 3 golf course throughout the community. The location is just steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches as well as multiple pools and hot tubs in the community. The community has an award winning restaurant on site - The Louisiana Lagniappe. The restaurant is in walking distance from the villa. The villa comes with a washer/dryer, WiFi, AC, heating, iron/ironing board. We look forward to welcoming you to our place for a perfect beach getaway!

If renter has used any of the sports items in the bucket, please return all items back to the bucket before you leave
If renter uses the dryer, remove the lint after EVERY use
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have provided beach/pool towels for your use during your stay. Please wash and place them back in the basket before your checkout.
Do not remove any of the bath towels from the property. Only use the beach/pool towels. There is a fee of $25/towel if missing.
We have provided rackets, balls and golf clubs for your use during your stay. Please return all equipment to the basket before your checkout.

Great place to stay! Amazing location for basically anything. The private beach was amazing for us. The entire condo was kept up nice and up to par with everything. We didn't have any complaints at all. Definitely would recommended it and will be back soon!

Wonderful Destin Vacation

Wonderful location. Great experience. Owner had everything for beach vacation and was very responsive. Honestly owner provided everything you could think of and listed it available for use. Location was in the middle of everything and tucked away where it wasnt so busy. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your rental.
