No Fireworks. Must do check out procedures to avoid a min $100 fee. No Glass on dock
Quiet hours must be followed 10pm-8am. Second warning will be asked to leave without refund.

The house was great for our big group! There was plenty of room for the guests that wanted to be inside and the beds were SO comfortable!The dock was great. There were noodles, life jackets, a lily pad, and a couple of kayaks that were handy to have. The rope swing was a big hit with the kids! The location was far enough off the main channel that we hardly got any waves from the big boats.The showers were a little slow draining, but we just tried to take quick showers. Overall 5 stars!
