Condo had everything needed for a short stay moving my daughter into ASU. Location was great to campus and stores nearby to get dorm necessities. Parking right in front of the condo was great and the condo itself had all the basics. The washer and dryer was great to have as well. Very satisfied.

The location is misrepresented. It is not near ASU or Mill Ave. One area of the listing says 2-3 mins. The other area of listing said 8 mins. Neither are correct. The property is a 15 min drive from ASU. We were in town for a college tour

I was not confident of the safety of the property. Property management wasn’t willing to compromise. Left the property because of this. Had to find another place to stay.

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with this property. The actual location of the property is nowhere near the pinned circle on the website, in reality almost 4 miles away (borderline Mesa). All of the places listed in the "About the Area" section, restaurants and cafes that were supposed to be within 2-3 min walk would have been closer to a 1.5 hour walk! There is nothing walkable from the property and neighborhood was not particularly nice.As far as the condo goes, the kitchen was a bit shabby. I had texted ahead of time to check on whether specific cooking equipment/utensils and appliances would be available. However, despite confirmation of the items that were supposed to be available, some items were not provided as expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms had peeling paint, there was hair on the shower curtains, and the bedsheets were extremely fruity-scented. On the positive side, the living room and television were nice, with comfortable couches, and the AC worked well. We had trouble checking into the place due to some issue with the lock programming, so we had a bit of a delay trying to contact the host to get the correct code to get in. Other than that, the hosts were responsive and generally cordial. They just deflected blame for the misrepresentation of location on VRBO, and in return VRBO blamed it on a bug in the system. If you care about where you are staying, ask for the actual address before you commit.
