This updated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ground floor overlooking the Stone Creek Golf Course and one of the five heated pools located in the Anasazi gated condominium complex. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening drink on your private patio. The complex is also adjacent to Stonecreek golf course and includes a brand new huge workout facility, inside the main clubhouse.

It truly is the perfect location! Just a two minute walk to shops and restaurants including Paradise Valley Mall, Target and Costco, a five minute drive to Keirland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter and a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale to experience restaurants, shops, art galleries and festivals.

All utilities, cable TV (full package all sports) and high speed wireless internet are included to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Living room has all new furnishings with large sectional couch, 48 inch smart Flat screen TV with full HD digital cable. The living area also has a electric fireplace. Master bedroom which is complete with a new plush Temperpedic King sized bed, 42" LED TV, dresser and side tables.

Everything you need for your personal living or entertaining is included in the full kitchen including stainless steel full sized oven and four burner electric cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, cups, cutlery and much more. Eating area has large table and seating for 6. Two minute walk to Target or quick two minute drive to grocery stores. One covered parking spot with unit, as well as ample guest parking for visitors or a second vehicle.
