Welcome to Seabrook Island 2631 SBI Rd, a cozy beach house with golf course views, multiple gathering spaces, and located a convenient distance from the Lakehouse, Pelican Beach, the Seabrook Island Beach Club, golf, tennis, the marina, and Freshfields Village. Even Kiawah Island is a short, scenic drive down the road, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends alike.

The owners of this sweet beach home are excited to share their slice of paradise with guests who love the island as much as they do. Adorned in a palette of bright beachy colors, reminiscent of Key West, guests enter into an open floor plan. The living area features plush sofas, multiple seating, a decorative fireplace, and a dining area. The space is perfect for gathering after a sunny day at the beach or enjoying board games on a rainy day. The living area extends into a sunroom, with a wall of windows looking out upon the tropical foliage, the canopy of ancient live oak trees, and the fairway of the acclaimed Crooked Oaks golf course. A small deck area outside this space is a favorite spot for morning coffee. Down three steps, an enchanting outdoor space awaits, where you can enjoy al fresco dining on the lower deck, complete with a grill for summer barbecues. The charming tree swing adds a whimsical touch, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. For your comfort, the home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay. A full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the home, making trips back from the beach more convenient.

Down the hallway, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The master suite features a plush king bed with a TV, a dresser, a closet, its own private deck space, and an en-suite bathroom that was recently updated with an oversized shower. The first guest bedroom, in a palette of coral, offers a queen bed, dresser, closet, TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a closet, and a TV. These two guest bedrooms share the hallway bath, which was recently updated to provide a touch of luxury. All bathrooms are stocked with plush white towels and an array of starter amenities.

Guests will have exclusive access to the house, the garage, and the driveway throughout their stay. In the garage, guests will find bikes and beach toys for their use.

Seabrook Island offers an array of activities, from golfing and fishing to horseback riding, crabbing, and boat tours. The Charleston Tea Gardens, Deep Water Vineyards, and the Angel Oak Tree are all nearby. Downtown Historic Charleston is just a scenic 21-mile drive and is a fusion of incredible dining, exquisite shopping, museums, carriage rides, and historical homes. With nearby attractions like botanical gardens and historical sites and tours, your days will be filled with adventure and exploration or relaxation, you decide.

• BEACH: 0.9 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is also included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. Guests have full access to the garage and large driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 3-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000515.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

Fireplaces are decorative only and strictly not for guest use.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the home for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 3-pass limit.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Our stay at the 2631 Seabrook Island Rd house was absolutely wonderful and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved exploring the beautiful bicycle trails and spending hours on the beach. A highlight of our trip was watching live deer one evening visit us right in the backyard. It was a mother with her fawn. The kids absolutely loved it and the swing in the backyard also. Definitely a bonus! - Booking was completely seamless, and the property manager was prompt and organized. Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks!
